The room was lovely and very clean. There was a double and single bed with very clean and fresh sheets. With plenty of towels. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay in. Steve was wonderful and very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. It was a pleasure to chat with him and get to know him. It was a very quiet hotel to stay in, which was lovely. Even though this hotel is out of the way, (dont let this discourage you)for the average walker its only about 10 minutes walk from the sandcastle, pleasure Beach and the south promenade, about 15-20minutes for anyone who needs to take their time. We really did enjoy walking to and from the hotel. There is a tram and bus stop nearby, which is handy if you want to go further. My family and I really enjoyed our stay that we wanted to stay even longer, but with work commitments we couldn't. We will definitely be booking again. The price we paid was remarkable.

So close to the south pier and tram staff amazing, great place but needs support from people staying closer not a expensive place to stay as most are alot more

That so many hotels closed down and not getting support or help from local council if all small hotels got help then blackpool would be amazing again just help everyone not hard as blackpool used to be amazing

Steve is such a lovely welcoming man and caters to every need you have. We have had an exceptional stay and we will definitely be coming back again. The location is amazing right on the beach front and only 400 yards away from pleasure beach and attractions. We didn't have to pay for parking at all. The hotel is extremely clean and comforting. Had an amazing weekend there. Thankyou Steve😁

I didn't not like anything I liked it all.

Everyone was very welcoming and kind .it was very clean and comfortable .if you needed anything, it wasn't a problem. We loved the owners dog 🐕, tiger,he was so sweet .would stay there again, when we visit Blackpool.it was ideally situated for us ,tram stop just outside the hotel .would recommend highly ,this hotel

Hi I got moved to different hotel due to having no staff for the Wednesday and Thursday due to them going down to London to pay their respects to her majesty the Queen wich is understanding so Steve asked me nicely if a would like to go to Royal Hotel wich I did and stayed the five nights at the Royal instead of the waldorof a loved my time at the Royal staff were brilliant Claire their could not make you feel any more at home was amazing not a bad thing to say about Royal Hotel would recommend it to any couples or family was made to feel so welcome in Royal Hotel going to go back again as soon as I can thank you to everybody at Royal Hotel

Their was not a thing that I didn't like was perfect for everything and tram car stop is only five minutes walk from hotel

Location is great, very close to transport, eateries and the beach. The cleaners are wonderful people always ready to help and see to your needs. Steve is great. Ready to help and give very valuable information that made the visit both pleasant and cost effective. Staying at Waldorf felt like visiting your happy place. Anyone needs recuperating, healing, chilling or just down time please choose Waldorf. You will leave feeling renewed, refreshed and re-energized.

Renovations needed on the 3rd floor mostly but work is going on; so.....all is good.

Friendly staff, Quick & Easy Check In, Good size room, Clean & Comfortable Bed. Good location for Pleasure Beach & Waterpark. Slightly later Check Out which was good. Tea & coffee replenish daily, beds made, towels changed & bins emptied.

No choice for breakfast we had two young children so the option would of been ideal as its a fair walk to the busier parts of Blackpool. Room was quite warm windows only opened slightly as no key for window lock. Booked a sea view room but we were on the side of the building facing Hilton so not exactly the sea view we were expecting

The property was super clean and the location is fantastic.

I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like about the property. It is an older building, but I expected this and I prefer a smaller, family run type location.

the building needs some work but it's an old building so i wouldn't really be bothered about it was a nice stay

Really lovely manager and house keeping team. So friendly. Went out of their way to look after us. Easy to get into town on foot, tram or £12 home in taxi at night. Lovely sea view from my room.
