Hotel is big enough to be modern and professional like a premier inn or similar but small enough to care more. Hotel is clean and modern and doesn’t suffer from the Bain of my life “squeaky floor boards and slamming doors. So top marks to the guys who done the re fit. Breakfast is class well cooked food. Staff are great.

A small point machine latte is rubbish so had tea.

What's not to like. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is spotless and the room was a good size with a big comfy bed and a fan which we were very grateful for as it was a wee bit hot. The breakfast was spectacular, with an all you can eat buffet and plenty of tea and coffee and dinner was delicious. I had the steak and ale pie (with lots of gravy) and my fiancé had the chilli cheese nachos which was meant to be a starter but was massive! Both were extremely tasty 😋 While we went eating Jamie very kindly went outside to take a picture of the sunset for us. Talk about above and beyond, he was just fantastic. The entertainment was great fun with bingo and lots of interaction with the children. The singer on Friday night was absolutely brilliant and really kept them busy so the parents could relax a little. Definitely the place to come if you have a young family. Adrian was a pleasure to talk with and although he was very busy always made time for us. Heather and Emily waited on us with friendly smiles and couldn't do enough for us. There's plenty of free parking in front of the hotel and in their carpark at the rear. All in all we had a lovely weekend, thank you all. Hope to see you again very soon.

Hotel went above and beyond, even before we stayed. They answered all my questions, put up banners as it was my partners birthday, were really accommodating for families and Allergies. The room was great size for a family and we had a view of the sea which was lovely. Great location very close to tram and for the airport which we required. The hotel was recommended to us and we would definitely recommend the hotel.

Only downsides were the pull out sofa bed for our eldest as it wasn't the comfiest and the parking wasn't the easiest but we found somewhere. Overall the negatives don't even come close to outweighing how lovely it was.

Hotel reception, Lounge, Restaurant and bedrooms are clean and tidy. Bedrooms are good size and bed was comfortable. Towels were changed daily. The breakfast is excellent.Buffet self service and a good selection to choose from. Could have as much or little as possible. The hotel is quite a distance from Blackpool tower area but there is a tram stop across from the Hotel.

There wasn't much not to like but I was shocked by the Lounge Bar prices. £6.20p for a pint of Lager and other drinks similarly overpriced. The Lounge area was always quiet. Didn't appear to be any entertainment on during our stay but we chose to socialise elsewhere at night time in cheaper Bar's and Lounges.I expected to pay a little more as usually Hotel drinks are more expensive but The Carousel seem excessively overpriced. Hotel room and landings were very warm due to the warm weather spell. A fan was available in our bedroom as rooms don't have air conditioning. Air conditioning in Bar lounge. The Hotel is popular for Weddings.

It was easy to find, parking wasn’t too bad. The staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you, nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was spacious and very very clean. My wife to be is a cleaning goddess and she couldn’t even find a fault. Plenty of towels, toiletries and always at hand if you needed more. The food was really delicious and a good choice for dinner. Breakfast was a buffet style and there was plenty of choice and continuously refilled. Bingo at the end of the night was made fun not just a serious game of bingo, it helps that we won haha. In all the hotel and the staff were amazing and we will definitely be returning. 😁

Out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the centre or piers but still seafront for the beach, and about 15 minutes walk to the South pier. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. The room and surrounding areas were clean, beds were comfy. WiFi was decent enough we were able to stream Netflix for the children on it. Great family entertainment at night and 24 hour pizza available for room service. We enjoyed the entertainment until 10ish with the children then ordered a pizza and took our drinks to the room so they could sleep. Once at our room, on the 2nd floor, we couldn't hear the entertainment, and it was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was buffet style with your standard English breakfast plus a choice of cereals and croissants, food was hot and tasty.

You were always made welcome. The evening entertainment was good. Breakfast was always fresh and hot, the restaurant staff were very polite and quick to clean the tables of any finished dishes, rather than letting the empty ones mount up, which gave you more room. The location was in a quiet area, the Trams were only a couple of minutes walk which was vey convenient to go to the Tower area or any of the threee promenades.

The prices for drinks in the bar were a little expensive and, sometimes you had to wait on the bar staff, they couldn’t be seen, even if the lounge was filling up with people.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic! My father and his wife, had their wedding at The Carousel, and I can't express enough how amazing the service was. From the very beginning, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The venue itself was stunning, and the attention to detail was impeccable. Every aspect of the day, from the elegant décor to the delicious food, was handled with such professionalism and care. The staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring that the bride and groom and all their guests felt welcome and well taken care of. They were attentive, personable, and always ready to lend a hand without hesitation. It's rare to find a team that truly makes you feel so welcome. Overall, the experience was unforgettable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help make this special day a reality. Breakfast was good, bakery was excellent, devine. The location was quiet, not too busy the way we liked it.. right next to Tram, which took us to busy South and Central Pier.. Staff at the restaurant were friendly and very active, used plates were taken away at breakfast very swiftly.. Overall staff was nice at one occasion they went above and beyond to help us..Kids enjoyed their time in Blackpool so much to do, Hotel experience was brilliant..

Rooms were warm even with the fan on..lift could do with more space, probably that's how that way it was built and is old, But overall, our experience was fantastic.
