We stayed in room 20. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. Every single room was spotless, all very new and modern and a lovely seaview. Beautifully fresh bedding and towels. I feel these apartments are a much better option than a hotel, especially for families with younger children, as you have the luxury of separate bedrooms/living areas. Parking is available on the property for £10 a day, and the tram stop is directly opposite. We will definitely be returning when we next visit Blackpool! The property was immaculate and great space for a family stay. The views of the beach were amazing. Having parking was also super helpful with having a baby. The staff were amazing and nothing was a hassle. My mam left a bag in the apartment and staff notified me straight away and went above and beyond to get it back to us. The beds were really comfy as was the travel cot. The location couldn’t be beat. It’s next door to the pleasure beach and a 5 minute walk to sandcastles water park. There is a tram stop directly opposite taking you to the other piers. The trams ran often and we paid about £5 for a day pass. Can’t recommend enough. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back.

The property was spacious, bright, and well-maintained. While it wasn’t located right in the city center, it was conveniently next to the tram station and within walking distance of central areas if you’re happy to take a longer stroll. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward.

There was a strong urine smell coming from the bathroom, and I noticed droplets on the shower glass that seemed to be the source. This was unexpected given that the bathroom otherwise appeared very clean. Additionally, walking barefoot for only a few minutes left our feet dirty, so a more thorough floor cleaning would improve the experience. Overall, the room looked tidy, but more detailed attention to certain areas would make the stay much better.

Costal Plaza is located 5 mins walk from the pleasure beach and has a tram stop right outside if you are travelling further. Our room was spotlessly clean and finished to a pristine standard with crisp white linens and towels. As soon as we entered the property you could smell how clean it was. It was lovely and cool in our room, despite it being 29 degrees outside! Very thoughtful of the owner to close all the curtains to keep the sun out. We were greeted by the owner who was lovely and made sure we knew the best places to frequent at night for the best cocktails and good food. We parked the car there, there was a fee of £12 which would have been nice if this was waived for guests. As anyone could park there as long as they paid.

We were in apartment 5, which was beside the front door. We didn’t get much sleep due to inconsiderate guests letting the door slam all through the night.

The room was immaculate and was ready much earlier than anticipated so we were able to be let in on arrival which we really appreciated. Lots of advice given by the staff about parking for next day if we needed it etc.

This is not a criticism of the facilities or staff however the location is very central and whilst that was great for what we needed to do during the day there was alot of comings and goings both outside and inside which naturally meant more noise than anticipated which did keep us and my son awake. However this was not the Coastal Plazas fault!

The Costal Plaza was very clean, and staff on arrival were very pleasant and welcoming. Facilities were great 👍 and more as we had clomplinatary tea, coffee sugar, and milk, and also bottled water in the fridge, all provided. Also, fresh clean towels and extra beddin were available.

Car park can be a little tight when other cars are not correctly parked. If you're in room 5 or 6, which is near entrance, it can get a little noisy from other guests slamming doors when coming in all hours of the night. Apart from this, I would definitely stay again.

Clean and contemporary. Great location on the sea front with parking. Felt private and secure. They were very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than anticipated. Staff member we saw was friendly. Beds very comfy. Had everything we needed. Complimentary tea/coffee etc was welcome after a long drive. Overall we were very happy with this property and it suited our family of 4 (15 and 9 year olds) perfectly. As nice as it looked in the pictures.

No heating in the bathroom and it was cold when we stayed. Heaters took a long time to warm the large rooms. Could have done with some curtains as well as blinds to block out the light. Small issues though, it is a lovely place and we’d definitely stay again.

Spotlessly clean, great location, well with stocked kitchen crockery and a family dining table. The bedrooms are spacious with generalised beds with good quality bedding. We all felt comfortable, the bathroom is modern with a good shower and the layout worked really well for a family. Nice touch providing milk, coffee, tea and water for arrival with a warm welcome from staff. There’s also a large area for communal dining which would be a great place to share a takeaway without getting food odour in your bedroom.

Completely out of control of the host, a traveller tip is that there was no phone signal on any of our mobiles all on different networks, but the free WiFi is a great signal. The only minor point to improve would be better instruction on how to get the smart TVs to connect to the internet. They appeared to be connected but we were unable to use apps or screen mirror function our IPad. They’re huge modern TVs and it would’ve been great to enjoy a family movie after a busy day at the Pleasurebeach!

The property was immaculate,modern and very well equipped, owner very friendly, good sized car park, excellent location and tram/bus stand right on the doorstep, would definitely return, we stayed in a family suite which was lovely and spacious and very comfortable and clean, good quality towels/flannel provided, soap, body wash etc.

There’s nothing we did not like as we loved everything about our stay and choice of facility, unfortunately not owners fault was down to one inconsiderate guest/s set the fire alarm off early hrs in the morning and again breakfast time which can happen any place.

The view was amazing the Apartment was absolutely perfect and spotless the staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make there guests feel welcome and at home and I absolutely can't wait to book again

The only issue was the TV wouldn't let me connect to Netflix or any thing as it came up all apps needed updated and when we tried to update it still wouldn't let me but part from that everything was 100% perfect
