The owner (kaz) was lovely, the breakfast was amazing. The location about a 10 minute walk to the pleasureland, was close enough blackpool to make everything walking distance, but far enough away to be peaceful. A massive bonus was it being on the front too so literally cross the road and we could walk the seafront. We ended up having tea unexpectedly in the hotel the 2nd night. It was a last minute decision as we were so tired from being in the pleasureland all day, my toastie was stunning and my daughters pizza was beautiful. We would definitely come back here if we go back to Blackpool.

Great location at quite end of town for a good nights sleep.Tram stop opp property great for central Blackpool. Pleasure beach 10 min walk. Friendly staff, free parking. Property clean and super comfy bed. All facilities needed in room, tea & coffee etc. en suite with selection of toiletries and a super sea view. Breakfast was excellent, large full English and also a selection of cereals, fruits and juices. There is also a bar at the property, although we did not drink here the prices were very reasonable.

We would book here again, property has a homely feel and other guests staying here were also friendly. It seems like there are repeat customers, which is a good indication of a comfortable stay.

The host is excellent. Couldn't be more helpful. It is located near the tram line. Past the pleasure beach. I personally didn't mind the walk and it's away from the busier and somewhat down trodden centre of Blackpool. The b and b has a small bar area and parking. The room was fine, if not a little tired in decor. The full English breakfast was exceptional and overall it is good value for money for the room, parking and breakfast included. Would recommend.

Warm friendly welcome clean room with plenty tea coffee sugar and milk & biscuits and bottles of water in room comfy bed lovely big fluffy towels brilliant shower best breakfast in Blackpool huge full English tea coffee orange or apple juice lots of different cereals pancakes or croissants jam's or marmalade yogurts and lovely fresh fruit caz is a lovely man who can't do enough for you very honest as my Husband left his wallet in the room got a call as were driving back to Scotland to tell us his wallet was still in bedroom can't wait to return 😊

Wasn't anything about my stay that I didn't like

The breakfasts were amazing, you could chose a full English ir any part of, cereal, pancakes fruit and yogurt, with a choice of apple or orange juice and tea or coffee. Cass is friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We parked around the back as directed on arrival. We had a family room on the top floor, which had 2 bedrooms, and an ensuite shower room,

The double bed was up against the wall, as the room wasn't overly big. But we managed for 3 nights. That said we would return again.

Really nice stay here with family.. Had the suite (Room 10) which was a 2 bedroom with bunk beds for children and double bed for adults. Tvs in both rooms... Breakfast was great with large portions... For the price we couldn't actually fault this B&B at all and free parking outside, host very welcoming and helpful ... Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in Blackpool. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Very welcoming owner, makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. Good size room, comfortable beds, we slept really well! Basic things that you need are already in the room. Host is very helpful and would probably try and sort whatever else you need. Breakfast to die for, just what we needed after a day and night out at the Lytham Festival. Will definitely be back if we're ever that way and need to stay in Blackpool for the night or two, good location too! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, even though it was only one night!

Absolutely delicious breakfast. Very friendly host and staff in general. All nice and clean. Close to the sea, so nice for short walks to the beach. Not too big of a property, so not too many other guests. In general I'd say it was okay for the price, if it was more expensive I would be less happy.

The TV remote on and off button wasn't working. The bathroom only had a sliding door, which we fortunately didn't mind, but for people who are a bit shy it might be an issue (you can hear EVERYTHING). In general could hear a lot from other rooms and mostly louder people downstairs.

We were travelling in group of 2, both of us are very happy about the experience we had. Arriving very late, after time we should, but we met very friendly and pleasant reaction from the owner/stuff. They adapted to our needs with the circumstances we experienced. We were very pleased to be part of friendly guests/ customers in the morning by the breakfast, which was very tasty. Friendly atmosphere, this is what you expect when you go to travel, so that place will give you very nice experience. I recommend it ! Thank you very much!

As Blackpool B&Bs go, the Alderley Hotel is a gem of a place. The warmest of welcomes when we arrived, friendly staff, great full English breakfast which set us up for the day. Rooms clean and comfortable, fresh towels and toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, biscuits, bottles of water, TV, hairdryer, fan. Our 3 person room had a fabulous sea view. Great location for Blackpool Pleasure Beach and for trains to St Anne's and Lytham. Free parking was also a bonus. Definitely value for money.
