The hotel is beautiful. It smells new. The location is fantastic. It’s clean and beautifully decorated.

The carpark was a complete rip off. We didn’t understand that the parking starts from 12pm to 12pm the following day so we arrived at 10:15 am and was charged £25 for 1hr 45 minutes. Pretty disgusting charging your hotel guests that price. We checked out at 9am the following day so we didn’t even stay for 24hrs and we were charged for 2 days - £50!!

As seasoned travellers who have stayed in five-star hotels around the world, we can confidently say that the BLVD Hotel in Blackpool has exceeded all expectations—particularly when it comes to cleanliness and attention to detail. Despite being a relatively new hotel (just six years old), the level of maintenance is absolutely outstanding. Every corner of the property is spotless. The bathrooms are immaculate – from the pristine mastic sealing to the shower screen that looks as though it was just installed yesterday. Even the public restrooms in the bar are maintained to an incredibly high standard, complete with toilet tissue to dry your hands – a small touch that shows great thought and care. The in-room amenities are impressive, stocked with luxurious Balmain products, and replenished fully – something that many so-called five-star establishments often fall short on. Staff throughout our stay were consistently attentive, polite, efficient, and very well-presented. Their professionalism added to the overall sense of luxury and comfort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food – both the quality and the service were excellent. In our view, the BLVD Hotel gives most five-star hotels a serious run for their money. We would return in a heartbeat and recommend it without hesitation.

Nothing not to dislike

First time at the boulevard hotel I was extremely impressed. Super quick check in, I booked king room, air con was a godsend, lift was perfect for me to the room. Bath and shower, lots of clean towels and toiletries to use. Superkingsize bed, mini fridge stocked with plenty of bottled water and milk. Fantastic park views, 55 inch TV. Plenty of plug sockets and lots of lighting all round the room. Bed linen and curtains to high standard and comfy pillows. I will be recommending here to all my family and friends. Returning without a doubt, even rang me a taxi to the station at check out. Stunning clean hotel room and staff were helpful and polite.

Nothing it was fabulous

The room was brilliant with promised views for the rollercoaster and theme park.

The staff all seemed stressed so customer service was minimal which is disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The plates and mugs were dirty at breakfast, I asked for a take out paper cup because the mug was stained or dirty. When choosing my cereal bowl, I went through 4 bowls before I found one without old food stuck to it. The Boulevard is a lovely hotel, it just didn’t meet five star standards that I’ve previously experienced.

Amazing hotel and incredible staff! They were able to book us into a kingsize sea view room with no notice, after we had a disaster at another seaside hotel further along the coast! We were staying for our anniversary which the hotel made extra special for us! Delivering a yummy dessert with happy anniversary written on the plate along with a card from the hotel staff. At dinner we were recognised and seated immediately, they are very cautious around allergies! I have a nut allergy and my partner had a coconut allergy and is vegetarian. They offered to make a dish that wasn’t on the menu as most of the vegi dishes contain coconut oil. Really recommend! And i will definitely be returning ❤️ Thank you so much for fixing our anniversary 🥰

Great location, nicely laid out hotel. Reception staff were fine, not great but fine. Rooms were lovely, spacious & kept very clean. Cleaning staff were amazing. We did enjoy our stay and would stay here again.

Food was good but the restaurant obviously struggles for staff. Tables were piled high with dirty dishes from previous occupants and left for ages before getting cleared away. Bar staff forgot our drinks order and we had to go back up to the bar to remind them (happened twice). But what was served was very good (food & drinks wise). Staff were very pleasant, but more staff is required especially for busy periods as it's hard for them to keep up with demand. Maybe staff could be brought in to just clear tables?

The choice at breakfast was excellent, however the full English was a disappointment. Had much better quality at cafés. Evening dinner was superb. The cleaning team deserve medals, the place was spotless. Loved the gym. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of hot drinks in the room.

Sofa in room is way too low, you need to replace this asap. Chair was fine. Glass panels on veranda need cleaning more frequently. I appreciate they are open to the elements but they look like they have been dirty a while. Perhaps a cleaning company with a cherry picker could help? The metalwork needs cleaning also. Paying to park in hotel grounds is irksome. Breakfast really should be included in the price.

Everything, from the decor to the thoughtful Easter card and Lindt bunny gift in the room was excellent, but what stood out the most was the customer service and friendliness of every single member of staff we saw. The owners of the hotel should be proud of them.

There were 2 families in the bar area who were allowing their children to climb all over the (very expensive) furniture and were much more interested in drinking than paying attention to them. The bar staff were too polite to say anything to them.

Very beautiful hotel, staff were lovely and the room was excellent with an amazing shower !

The parking fee is extortionate, especially getting charged a full 24 hours fee for being there 2 hours early. This resulted in a parking charge of £50 from 10.00 on the Saturday until we left at 10.30 on the Sunday. This is because parking is 12-12 @£25 so because we got there early we got changed a full 24hrs fee for the 10-12 on the Saturday plus the 12-12 sat - sun which totalled £50 Beds are hard too which I didn't like, totally understand this is personal preference though

First time but certainly not the last time to visit those hotel it was amazing ....I struggle walking a major distance so having the park entrance available to us right at our door was fab....the hotel and staff were fantastic and do helpful.

The family upstairs clearly didn't have any respect for other people in the hotel as they had a small child that constantly ran up and down the room up till 1.30am and then was up again doing the same all morning from 5.45am....this was no fault of the hotel just the family of the child ....I gave a child and at a small age he would not have been allowed to do that.
