I'm disabled and there needs to be toilet facilities near reception area it was too far for me to walk to the other end of the hotel

coffee from breakfast machines. not the best unfortunately breakfast food area was extremely busier. the main problem.When one hot item,is waiting for refill,the whole queue just stops,not a lot of room to get pass if you just want a another item .which is there.

The hotel was excellent. If you have younger children or guests with mobility problems you would need to catch the tram for attractions past the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle swimming pool. Walking for us with teenagers was fine; it's about 50 mins walk from the hotel to Blackpool Tower and from the hotel to Pleasure Beach/ Sandcastle I would say 15/20 min walk. The service and staff were all fantastic; nothing was too much trouble. Perfect quieter location to walk the promenade without the crowds. There is a Lidl about 20/30 min walk which we used to stock up on supplies. The breakfast included cereal, waffles, cooked breakfast and fruit. There is a restaurant onsite which we used once when the weather was too bad to venture outside.

Staff were very friendly and polite, the room itself was very comfortable and the hotel in general was literally a stones throw away from the "centre" of Blackpool (with all the arcades such as Coral Island and the Tower and shops etc). We checked in around 4.30pm and checked out at 10(ish) but were allowed to keep the car there as you get 24 hours once you arrive, which helped us out. We also took full advantage of 24 hour food and drinks by ordering food when we got back to the hotel at 9.45pm on the Wednesday, and it was delicious. Pizza, chicken goujons/fries and skinny fries/cheesy garlic bread all very well made and promptly served. Will definitely return and recommend.

Hotel was lovely, rooms were nice, shower powerful and the hotel was very clean. Bit of a walk from centre of things but trams easily available.The staff were great. Downsides are that the bar needs to be bigger ie more choice and they need to get their act together re the food. We were a group of 6 inc children and would have happily had our evening meal there and a few drinks but we heard a lot of people complaining about the food and sending it back plus they seemed to have run out of things on the menu. The breakfast was nice, good choice available. Little chaotic think more staff were needed. On the whole enjoyed our stay just would have been great to be able to relax there in the evening and have a meal and a few drinks but we went elsewhere for the reasons already mentioned.

After an initial mix-up with our room on the first night, we moved rooms from the 2nd night into the room I had actually booked and paid for. The sea view was everything and more. So peaceful. The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Kay on reception. The bed was so comfy, I didn't ever want to leave!

It was a shame there wasn't much hot food to eat at the breakfast buffet for vegans. I didn't expect anything fancy, but some veggie sausages would have been a welcome addition. We just had mushrooms, hashbrowns and beans. I know we could have probably asked for some to be made, but we shouldn't have to as this makes vegans feel like they're asking for special treatment and not inclusive. Meat eaters don't need to ask for their sausages and bacon. It's 2023! Most hotels offer vegetarian sausages now, so I assumed a chain like the Hilton would be ahead of the game. Also, we we're not offered a partial refund for the 4 nights, even though we only had the sea view room for 3 of the nights. The room for the first night was awful, but I was charged full price for the entire stay.

The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good variety and was included, which was very convenient. The location was excellent, close to the seafront and attractions, but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep.

On our second day, we left our key at reception for cleaning and returned later to collect it. Unfortunately, the receptionist ignored us for several minutes before finally asking what we were waiting for. When my wife asked for the room key, she was told to “say please,” even though we had been waiting patiently and it was not our mistake. My wife then gave the reservation name, but the receptionist acted as if she didn’t hear and made her repeat it. She eventually gave the key, but in an unfriendly and rude manner. This was disappointing and the only negative experience during our stay.

Room was better than expected, we are a couple so had a big bed with the added sofa bed which was lovely to sit and watch TV.breakfast was really good

We arrived in the middle of storm floris and when we got to our 3rd floor room kept hearing a terrible banging from the roof area.we were concerned we would be unable to sleep however we were so tired it wasn't an issue. One thing I did notice is the amount of guests at breakfast wearing pyjamas having clearly just rolled out of bed.not only was this unsightly but we were concerned that if they couldn't even make the effort to dress then did they even wash their hands before touching the breakfast utensils ?please make this part of your policy as how hard is it to have a quick wash and shove a t-shirt and some shorts on?

The hotel is a little oasis in a very lack lustre area of Blackpool. The hotel is spotless, modern, and nicely laid out. The breakfast offering is varied and really very good. There is free parking close to the hotel and we were lucky to get a spot in the bay at the front. There is hotel parking which costs £17 per day (seems a bit steep if you ask me) but it seemed well used. We had a family room which was tight enough but it was spotlessly clean, fresh bathroom and had everything we needed so I can't complain about it.

The only thing to let the hotel down is how disconnected some the staff are. They came across as miserable robots. It's not all the staff - the breakfast staff were friendly enough and helpful. The check in gent came across as rude, was definitely not for smiling or saying one word more than he needed to. The bar staff seemed to be the same. Deadpan. None of them smiled or said anything more than the absolute bare minimum. I suspect this is a management issue as this is a good hotel in a tourist area. Staff need to be trained not just to pour drinks etc but to smile and say hello and make customers feel welcome. The only other issue (and this has nothing to do with the hotel) is how sad Blackpool is. It is run down, boarded up, peeling paint, dog poo footpaths and didn't feel safe.

The room was a good size. Two big beds not fold put, property beds in the family room. Staff were nice. Air con in room was great.

The lifts were broken. Parking was very expensive. Dinner was a nightmare, very busy, and I waited an absolute age for food which was not the greatest especially for the price.. Breakfast was chaotic! Room that food was in was too small. Usually it is laid.out so you can queue for hot, cold etc but it was one queue for everything and it took ages.and again food was adequate. Around the shower base was not very clean at all. Stains on the carpet and curtains and ceiling! ?! The door either closed the bathroom or the wardrobe it was sliding 🤔
