Bathroom way to small and area in general ,noise of bathroom fan all night. Needed more area for belongings as reluctant to put on floor. Picture wall and lighting was not good for wife suffering from photo sensitive epilepsy . Low lighting option would have helped. My review comes up as an eight but realistically, a 6.5

Spotlessly clean, crisp white bed sheets and impeccable service.

The shared bathrooms are quite small, but for price I really can't complain. This was the second F1 hotel we stayed in on our road trip, and this one outshines the first by a mile.

Friendly staff, lots of parking, room very clean, breakfast good , excellent value for a budget hotel, good for stop over, short walk from metro station to Rouen

Hotel set back from the main road, with secluded car park. Bus stop close by for service into City Centre. Reception staff happy and helpful. Rooms are basic and small but clean and comfortable as advertised. A very good one or two night stopover hotel. Breakfast from 0530 even on a Sunday!

Slightly more space in room/shower room would have helped.

Good free parking. Breakfast had a good Choice of food and ample coffee.

Only temporary, but access to the hotel was badly affected by the current major road works that are taking place on the road off which the hotel is located.

Easy to find. Clean, modern, recently refurbished hotel. Very comfortable room and modern bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to bus stop for frequent service into the centre of Rouen. Close to restaurants and a Lidli supermarket. Also close to the Zénith events arena.

Excellent refurbished F1 hotel. Clean, modern room, comfortable bed. Very conveniently situated for local restaurants, supermarket and the arena. Great bus service into Rouen centre from outside the hotel

On the outskirts of the town and fairly quiet, which suited me. Good, basic continental breakfast. Free parking.

Airplane like toilet and shower. Knocked my head several times on mirror, door and shower door.

I asked the receptionists to help me with one delicate request , and he did this, although it was not convenient for him at all, so I am very very grateful!
