The location of the hotel is excellent - just 3 mins walk to a metro station served by 3 different lines so makes it very easy to get around the city. And there's a fantastic boulangerie just 2 mins walk away for breakfast. The room was pretty spacious, as was the bathroom - excellent shower - and I loved that there were shutters, good for blocking out light.

Perhaps a small fridge would be a useful addition to the room, always nice to have cold water, particularly when Paris is hot and you've been out and about all day.

Very nice location and good value for money. Lobby area of great test and design. Friendly staff and accommodating for special requests.

Some rooms are renovated and some are not. My room (not renovated) was small but had all I needed. Bathroom was quite tiny which is typical for Paris but had some signs of mold at the ceiling. Carpet on the floor not so pleasant.

Beds were very comfy? Good sized room for 1 night stay.

The lift is super tiny and can probably only fit 1 person, my friend and I are super tiny and didn’t have big suitcases so we could fit in 1 go. You can also hear a bit of noise as I think there’s a night club nearby.

The room was very comfortable and clean, air con was a blessing as one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The shower room also was clean, and shower was good, and well provided with towels etc.. The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and efficient, there is someone on the reception all the time. I had not realised breakfast was included, so a real bonus to have a coffee and croissant before heading out for the day in the lovely light lounge area. I would book again. Location: Just around the corner from Strasbourg-St Denis metro, hence just a few stops from Gare du Nord, and good for the Eurostar and linking to all other areas of Paris. 2 good brasseries close by in Rue St Denis. Especially Brasserie Dubillot, I was on my own and felt very comfortable eating at the bar in this very Parisien eaterie!

The wifi wasn't great, but really not a great problem.

I can't even describe how cool this place is! Like an amazingly stylish newly renovated hotel in the city centre of Paris? That is already crazy, especially for an affordable price. I loved every minute there. I had a beautiful spacious room, the windows were soundproofed, the shower so stylish (and like nice water pressure - crazy for Paris). Nice books on arts in the room. There is a coffee machine, tea selection and croissants in the morning for free, and the lobby is absolutely beautiful. Everything is the perfect combo of fresh renovation and vintage.

Well there is nothing the hotel can do but this area of Paris isn't the nicest. It is really close to all the touristic attractions and the subway station is in 1 minute, but it's not an area you want to have a walk in at all, especially in the evening. It's dirty, unsafe and sketchy. But I knew that part and was prepared, so it completely suited my needs.

Very clean, cosy and cute small hotel. Tastefully decorated. Great beds and linen. We had the biggest room on the top, which has three small balconies and four windows to two directions. Great views over the rooftops. There is noise from the street, which is expected and appreciated 😀 in inner city, but windows block it well. Courteous and friendly staff. Good for those who don’t want a big breakfast. We got coffee to go every day way after breakfast time ☺️ Great location very near to public transport.

Clean and bright space , adorable atmosphere, at a quiet small street, yet a pleasant walking distance from the metro , good accessibility to every site by metros. Restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corner. Front desk staffs and cleaning ladies are all very polite and helpful. Breakfast is basic with tea, coffee, milk , juice , croissants and cookies , however it’s free ! Stayed in the top floor room with chill living rooms and balconies , away from any hassles and bustles ! Enjoy the stay very much!

Elevator is very small , but it is highly functional and it’s a plus in such a historic building !

Situated in an excellent location, a mere stone’s throw away from a plethora of shopping options and a diverse array of restaurants. The room was spacious gratuitously carpeted throughout. The bathroom was brand new with a good layout. Reception area was cosy and breakfast was sufficient. I’d stay here again purely for the above.

Elevator was tiny but normal by European standards. One could barely fit a large suitcase as well as a person. Daytime staff is a true let down to this wonderful establishment. The lady present at reception when we arrived could barely speak english (or maybe she just did not want to?). Constantly distracted by her phone, it felt like we as guests were disturbing her by asking for anything.

Excellent location close to two metro - stops. Although we arrive early 4 to 5 hours before official check in they provided us an early check in. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. Unfortunately i dont remember his name (he was wearing glasses). They also offer coffe and croissant every day 7-10. Our room was spacious and clean.

The elevator is tiny and it's for use by one adult person.

It was a nice hotel located 5 minutes from 3 different metro stations. Also, within 7 minutes walk was two of Paris most well known restaurants with reasonable prices. Brasserie Flo and Bouillon Julian, where Piaf went for meals. Exotic decor.
