The most striking point was the quality and wide choice of the food offered both at lunch time and in the evening, truly exceptional for a all inclusive hotel. Other good point the facilities for kep fit activities: swimming pools, gym, saunas,tennis etc...Even though the hotel is very large, we did not feel the pressure of large crowds as the hotel ground is very large, the restairants are immense and the staff plenty.

I understand that most of the clients are German speakers and therefore German is the preferred language everywhere. Whereas this was not a problem in the gym , saunas , bars or restaurants, I found the staff in the reception area shoud have a better command of English as it was sometimes difficult to be fully understood.For eexample when I checked out the very young German lady I talmed to had a very poor English and , in addition, was not used to use the hotel computer as she first thought that muy room was not paid. She had to call a more experienced colleague whith better English who finally dealt with me..Fortunately he corrected the wake up call time of SIX FIFTEEN which she had registered as SIX FIFTY !

Spacious resort. Access to private beach. Towels for spa and beach are colour coded and always fresh. Textile sauna is really good with the view at the garden. Outside pool is really big so you can always find your sunbed. Staff mostly very nice and pleasant. The best staff member Brahim who is working like housekeeping at the beach. He is always in good form and keeps beach sunbeds tidy. Have to say maids are really well trained. The level of cleanliness is fantastic. Our room was always cleaned.

Drinks have to be better There is no fizz in any of them except champagne Smirnoff vodka should be poured Gordons gin and johhnie walker whiskey - they are regulars, they should be poured Beer is not good and white wine is not good Rose and red wine just ok

Room was excellent, grand and clean with lovely sea view. The food and drink options were varied and a great spread everyday. Lovely pools and gym onsite. Lots of activity options with tennis and games. A great place for an all inclusive stay.

Food : should aim for more options in the vegan category. Rooms: rooms only get heated in winter season. Although, it is lovely weather outside, some temp control (cooling in rooms) is needed to feel comfortable. Language: staff were brilliant but struggle with English as they mostly have European guests.

Overall it really was magnificent. The first impressions were “wow”! And the hotel is very good at drama and theatre, e.g. huge decorations that change regularly at the pool or pulling out a lot of bikes from the gym for an outdoor class. The staff are very friendly and smiley. Almost everyone can speak English and German (the clientele were about 95% German). Reception were fabulous at sorting out airport transfers etc. It is a huge complex with a lot of space. There are many opportunities for sport and exercise, if this is what you wish to do. The choice of food was outstanding.

Turn up for dinner promptly at 7.30 pm or you may struggle to get a table! It took us a day to workout dining arrangements. It was made trickier as the main dining room is predominantly very large, often unfilled tables. We found the over 16 yrs room which was less intense! The all inclusive drinks menu was more limited than other places we had been - beer, G&T, house red/white/rose and, a fizzy wine.

Fantastic quality throughout this hotel. The staff are outstanding, quality and freshness of food superb. The room was comfortable with a wonderful view across to the sand dunes adjoining the land of the Kings Palace. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I’m quite choosy and rarely go to all inclusive properties but this one changed my mind. Particular mention to: Reda- so kind and friendly at the main bar Said- at the beach restaurant, always smiling and helpful Achraf- in training and working in various areas, mainly at the beach restaurant. Incredible level of service and hospitality. You will go far! Rabani- our buggy driver who was always upbeat, fun, kind and helpful. The reception staff were all superb. Everything we asked for were organised immediately- a kettle and cups in the room, matress toppers on the beds to make them a little softer. I rarely take notes of names of employees at a property but this was outstanding and deserved noting and feeding back.

it did not bother my partner or I during our stay but it is very German centric for example we went to a pub quiz which was all in German, not even french or Arabic as an option.

What an amazing resort, so much to do you will never get bored staying here. Has something for everyone, from sport activities, pool/beach events, evening entertainment & so much more. The Robinson’s App is very handy provides useful information, gives list of daily activities/events taking place you can making reservations for table, spa & so much more. I have to mention the food, it was so good, great selection to satisfy everyone’s tastebuds. What makes this place even special is the staff, they have a big team of people working here. They make you feel so welcome, comfortable throughout your stay & happy to help with anything you need.

It was a short and lovely stay at Robinson club! The kids had a lot of fun at the kids club ! I would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and quality of service offered! A special thanks to Khadija from the reception as she managed smoothly our reservation changes ! The snack we found in the room at our arrival as we checked very late the first day were appreciated ( thanks for the attention)! Will be back inshallah for sure !

We had a fantastic time at ROBINSON AGADIR! The range of additional activities like beach volleyball training, sauna infusion and yoga made my stay unforgettable. It's a beautiful beachfront location, and the size of the room was perfect. I can't praise the staff enough for their exceptional service, and the food was beyond amazing. I can't wait to return.

While my stay at Robinson was amazing, I encountered some challenges with my dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a lack of communication between departments. Despite notifying them in advance about my dietary restriction, it felt like the information didn't flow smoothly among the kitchen teams and reception. I hope they can improve this aspect for future guests' convenience. Otherwise, the food was amazing!

I like the venue...the location.The beach area and beach restaurant....the staff were friendly and professional. .the animation each day was fabulous . Lots of little surprises each day . The food and the choices were great and varied. Lots of nice places to relax.. pool areas.. Gardens and spa areas.

I had some difficulty in the evening ..not everywhere was well lit. The bar and disco areas ..I couldn't see my drink or people's faces.. Also the walkways were dark to the rooms and some toilet areas.
