Cozy room, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators, stove, shower gel, kettles, cleanliness but not everywhere. Overall cozy. 20-25 minutes and you are in the city center. There is a direct metro line to the center.

Dirty dishes, it was hard to find clean ones, the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, there was no soap in the kitchen, there was a black curled hair on the bed, small, it felt like the bed linen had not been changed. There was disposable tableware in the room, but it was open and there was only a knife, no fork. The audibility is colossal, the walls are probably made of plasterboard, laughter, walking, the sound of doors, everything was audible

I like the fact that it was really cheap compared to other places. On top of that, there is a kitchen that we can use which is really convenient when you are on a budget while traveling the world.

Something I did not like was the fact that the name of the hotel on Booking is not the real name of the hotel when your search it in the street. I was worried and thought I had been scammed when I could not find "Hotel City Living' but then I called them and they told me it had - for some reason - another name. Please have your guests fully aware of that.

We arrived at around 5am because our flight was delayed and of course we missed the transport from the airport to the city center. The staff was very understanding and gave us the instructions to self check in. The room was huge and warm, and the bed was super comfy. There were many bathrooms and showers available. Surveillance security 24/7. The kitchen was big and clean. Even though it's located at the last stop of the subway green line, it is very well connected to all transports and also there are many grocery stores around.

The kitchen might need a restock of cutlery. When i wanted to eat or cook something, there were no spoons or forks. Many utensils and butter knives available though.

location is good - close to the subway with frequent trains, 20 mins to center, also many busses nearby. enough bathrooms that there were no lines, and the kitchen is also pretty big so multiple people can cook at once. good value for money.

it is located on the ground floor, even slightly below ground. so even if your room has a window (many don’t ), you will not want to have the blinds open, since you are then very visible from the street.

Good and timely communication, easy check-in - Due to the warmer weather there was a fan in the bedroom - Very quiet, other guests were very respectful - Clean and well organized, felt very safe - Nice large kitchen, clean and very well appointed - Close to metro, coop, restaurants and the city. Really enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay there again

Would have liked one more shower or showers and toilet separate. There were some waiting times in the morning - Would have liked a shelve or a dresser in the room

Hotel is really nice, good location close to metro station, nice calm area with shops nearby. The room was clean with a very comfy bed. No window, but that was expected. It had some kind of ventilation, so it was not stuffy in there. There was a big TV, small tables and one chair. I only used the room for sleeping, so was enough for me. Bathrooms were shared with other people, but always clean. There were 3 shower + toilet bathrooms and one just shower. They are always kept open with lights on, so it is easy to understand which one is free. The kitchen was big with 2 full stoves, microwave, kettle and all the necessary amenities available. Each room has a shelf in the fridge assigned, so no mix up of your food and less chance for the food to be taken by others. No direct communication with the staff - on check-in day I got SMS with door code and room number. When I came the room was clean and ready with the key inside. For the 3 nights I stayed, I saw a receptionist only once. A very efficient self-management process :)

The only discomfort for me was really thin walls, so I could hear all the noises going on in the salon by my room's door. One night an Italian couple decided to have a party on the sofa just in front of my room's door and it was too loud and unpleasant in the middle of the night. In case there is a sofa in the salon, a better noise insulation of the rooms should be done since there would be guests who want to use the sofa and others who want to rest in their rooms. Lack of forks and spoons in the kitchen (especially in the morning), but I got a set of single-use fork and knife in the room, which was a nice touch.

The hotel is in a very safe and nice neighborhood, takes one metro line to get to the city center. Shops are nearby. The room was nice and very warm, the self check in with the code is very simple and easy. I use earplugs so i slept very well! The bed is comfy, the linen and the towels were nice and clean.

The common areas are not that clean, the kitchen needs a big deep clean. My room was just by the entrance so it was a bit noisy - guest were arrive late night so that could be a problem for someone who does not sleep well. Bring your earplugs! :)

Apartment was clean, there are shared toilet and bathroom and they were mostly free and quite clean (toilet paper and soap are present), shared kitchen is big and has good equipment (kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerators, tableware), there's also a living room with sofas and chairs, check-in and check-out are independent (booking.com sends an entry door code for building and room number about 1 hour before check-in, for check-out there's box on the reception), metro station is about 200 metres, several grocery nearby

I'll be good to have two towels (apartment provided one big towel)

When hotel gives you an individual room for around the same price per night as a shared hostel dorm it really is great value for money. Good facilities for the price - great showers! Nearby shops and the fully equipped kitchen are great for travelers, like myself, who are traveling on a budget. Metro stop just a couple of minutes walk away made it so simple to quickly get to the centre of the city. Would very happily stay again!

For the price it's hard to fault much. My room was right next to the entrance door so it was a little noisy and could also hear the tv from the next room, but neither of these kept me up at night and weren't a huge deal for me.

Very convenient in spite of its distance from city center - it's a short walk from the metro station, so easy enough to get there and back. That makes the value-for-money really good here: its' safe, clean, and convenient.

I actually booked a room without a window, so I shouldn't complain about it being weird to not have a window in my room :D
