The staff and facilities were great. Very large comfortable room and bed. The Gym and Pool on site was fantastic, all the latest Gym equipment and loads of it.

My room was right next to the lift so was constantly getting the noise as the lift activated going up and down all the time, late into the night which made it difficult to get to sleep. Breakfast wasn't great at all I'm afraid. Self serve buffet, which is fine but....... I like my eggs in the morning and the scrambled egg they served was one big congealed lump that you cut a lump off of to put on your plate. Not a huge choice on the hot options.

Excellent service from the staff. We booked the stay as we were attending the Zippo Collectors meeting on the 27/4. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The food and drink vouchers we prepaid are a great way to make it simple to keep track of our spending. Venue was wonderful and everyone who attended said what a fabulous time they had. Our grateful thanks to Andy and Chloe for going the extra mile and making us laugh!!

Cant think of a thing to be honest. Everything went to plan and we will be back next year.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Service with a smile! Check in simple, and if you needed anything, the nice man came to your door within minutes. The bed was huge and exceptionally comfortable, so I slept very well!! The room and bathroom were clean, and towels were large. Tea and coffee in the room. Parking was easy and free over the weekend. We didn't use the leisure centre and pool but it looked inviting! Breakfast was plentiful, and the bar staff were very attentive.

The breakfast, although plentiful, was not great quality. It was also pricy at 12.50. Prices are also high for bar food and drink.

Room was comfy but a little too hot had to open the window. All that I wanted and more from the room. Bed was very big, shower even though above the bath was adequate. I left the hotel at 4am so did not have breakfast, dinner was hot and there was more than enough and was worth whar I paid.

I was only staying for one night but there was nothing that I did not like. All the staff I had to deal with were very helpful, because I am not tech savy I needed help booking in and was very grateful for their help.

Staff were brilliant. Could not fault them. Food was very good. Resturant music to loud couldnt hear myself think. The only thing I would say about the room is that it was very dated. Rusty bathroom door hinges shower over bath? Very old style travelodge. Looks like it was a former hotel from the 1980s which has had a budget of monev thrown at it but with cost savings. But once again Staff were brilliant.

On first impression the room was very clean and very warm, which was a bonus as it was very cold outside and snow was expected. Staff were super friendly upon arrival.

Having a shower over the bath, the bathroom was a little dated but because we used the pool and sauna we used the showers there. The pillows were also slightly on the hard side but that’s just personal preference.

The location was perfect for my needs, making it easy to get around. The bed was large and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I had dinner at the pub, which was satisfying and the breakfast the next morning was decent with a good selection. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay.

I like to sleep the window open, it was a bit too noisy.

The room was great, breakfast was good, dinner was good too, Andy looked after us, he spent time to meet all our needs, the staff were excellent, anythink we needed was available, I was very surprised at the attention we got, I will be going back again, I joined their email for offers, Great location.

Perfect location just of the M62, but it would have been nice to be warned that the junction was closed that weekend. Staff friendly, easy check-in/checkout

Having breakfast in the bar. The choice is limited and I now take my own food. What happened to the lovely room at the back which was used for meals.

Very spacious comfortable room. Bar/restaurant and gym with pool and great classes. Everything you could possibly need under one roof. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was perfect. Room temperature really cosy. Toiletries provided lovely too. Thankyou to the staff for making my stay so lovely ❤️
