Location was super Staff were all very helpful indeed.

As happened in one of the other hotels in that group, despite booking online, I still ended up speaking to them to change rooms to include my dogs. Once there, there were dog towels and some treats but no dog bowls or beds ready for them as should come in the £15 per night per dog. The people, staff and guests were all lovely but the ambience wasn’t quite there. Decor and “feel” felt a little drab in the public areas which on a lovely sunny day when wanting to enjoy afternoon tea, sort of missed the mark a little. Flowers on tables would have helped.

Our room was large and comfortable but I had booked a family (by mistake I think) but it was more or less the same price. The room appeared well decorated and well kept. The carpet was deep and luxurious. Bathroom was large and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel location is quiet, so good for sleep. The restaurant is worth a visit too. The gym and pool are very good and well maintained. Breakfast was extra but not expensive. The staff at the hotel are great and made our stay more enjoyable. The golf course beside it is good great for golfers and created nice views. The beach is only about 10 mins walk away. There is a train station 250m from the hotel which is very useful. I would stay again at the Links Country Park and Golf hotel.

I think a room fridge would be great. This is the only suggestion.

the location is ideal the dog friendly room was great with lots of space, a sitting area and bed, towel and treats provided for the dog. easy access outside from the room for the dog. great bathroom with large shower and plenty of shelves for toiletries.

The quilt and pillows were poor quality. the pillows were so hard that my ears hurt from the pressure on the pillows. quite a lot of dust in the corners of the room. our garden room had a solid door and was in the corner however all the other garden rooms had patio doors onto the garden. it was cold in both the room and bathroom with no explanation of how to turn in the radiators.

Such a beautiful hotel, very cosy and welcoming and the staff work their socks off! The pool is lovely, a little fresh but very enjoyable. The sports bar is great for another place to relax with a pool table, darts board and table bowls which is great for our older children. The rooms are super nice and quiet and amazing bathrooms……the only problem we had is that the room 230 was soooo hot! The radiators were on full and we in hindsight should have turned them off and kept the window open. I opened all the windows around 6am and it was much more comfortable so it’s more of advice to hotel guests rather than fault of the hotel. Dinner was nice but just slightly over priced but we were on vacation for one night. The cocktails are yummy! Overall I would definitely return to the hotel. Too hot

It’s in a quiet place, around lots of green space. The room was clean and all beds were prepared even the travel cot was put up and had a pillow in it. Bathroom was clean and nice. There’s swimming pool and gym for free to use for guest. Staff was very helpful, they called me a day before to check how many people are coming in as I did a mistake when I was booking in and they sorted everything for me and got a travel cot for my little one. I was very happy and glad that everything was sorted in no time for me.

Friendly staff big shout out to the reception lady ( didn't catch your name) but really Friendly and helpful. Bed was massive , not the best bed I've slept in but not the worst. Peaceful location. Middle of nowhere but we drove so didn't mind. Breakfast was nice but could of included more for the price. Bathroom was big and lighting was perfect for us.

Small tv and remote was worn so couldn't see what button was what. The tap in bathroom was weird it comes out weirdly.

Great room, friendly staff and hotel perfectly placed with a golf course, pool and gym. Lovely country house feeling in a wonderfully quiet place. Nice breakfast. The chef on-hand to cook the eggs selections fresh, very friendly chef too.

The breakfast buffet, although good quality, was let down a little by the presentation and rather cramped area for the buffet itself. They should perhaps consider a small face-lift for the breakfast buffet.

Love the relaxed old style hotel, that is welcoming and bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Swimming pool a great plus too. Short stroll to West Runton village and beach. Excellent train links to Sheringham and Cromer and West Runton station 3 mins walk from hotel. We ordered ciabatta sandwich on arrival which was delicious!

The pillows were a bit hard, so great if in future the beds have one softer pillow as well as firm one per person!

Lovely building, well maintained in an idyllic setting. Fabulous facilities including modern gym, pool and golfing. Staff friendly without exception and room serviced daily. Clean and well appointed bathroom with great water pressure in the bath taps and shower. Excellent menu choices and efficient waiting service. Ample car parking and amazing looking afternoon teas!

The pool was lovely and I found an hr in my dY to enjoy it. The room was clean with a welcome pack if I needed anything. The reception staff were lovely too esp the lady that checked me in. The bed was bigger than I expected and the bathroom was gorgeous. Even had a little sea view.

Not the fault of the hotel but someone snored all night and I could hear every single one. The TV wasn't very good either. BBC 1, the news or cbeebies, thankfully I have sky on my phone for when I got back to the room after a busy day. I was excited for a cocktail after my day out but the gentleman said there from a bottle, not freshly made and for £9.95 I decided against it. My archers and lemonade was lovely though.
