It was a great clean and cozy house with all the things for comfort in details. The location is very convenient to all the most famous travel spots. And there is an unbelievable fantastic view to Fuji from the balcony, so you can make morning coffee and enjoy. Bed linen was as white as a snow, everything smelt so fresh and nice! Highly recommend this place and hope to come back there soon

Modern, clean, attractive interior with good facilities and 3 comfortable beds. Very quiet, peaceful, neighborhood. Space to park 2 cars. Good base to explore the Fuji 5 lakes region. Nice view of Mt. Fuji from the balcony (the left of the base is slightly obscured by a hill if that’s important to your photography).

It’s a little way away from the main town, which is not a problem if you have a car, otherwise you’ll need to use a taxi or bus. The nearest conveni is a 15 minute walk, the lake is about a 30 minute walk, and the train station is probably a 1 hour walk.

Nice fresh reasonably new apartment. We found it to be very clean with all the facilities we required for our stay. Easy self check-in and check-out and adequate parking available. The view of majestic Fuji from the balcony was an absolute bonus.

Nothing about the property itself but if driving to the property depending on the direction you are arriving navigation can take you through some very narrow streets and tight corners!

Spectacular views of Mt Fuji. It was very overcast while we were there, but we managed to get a few lovely pics. Great location only 10 minutes drive from Lake Fujikawaguchiko where we explored the area and bought souvenirs. The property was roomy, clean, comfortable and I was able to cook my own meals.

Best location to have a clear Fuji mountain view. This location has less crowd and we have plenty of photos with Fuji mountain. The house is clean and it's really spacious for 4pax.

Honestly nothing we dislike. The only thing is the toilet located on upstairs, and bedroom is on downstairs. We need to climb up everytime when want to use washroom.

Clean and comfortable as the air condition and other home appliances are high priced product. Bedroom layout are very suitable for my family.

The soundproof between rooms and floors were not as good as expected, as you can here clearly from 1st floor bedroom when someone normally walk upstair

Stay here for 3D2N, everything was good. Close to Mt.Fuji Lake & Famous spot point. The second day was so lucky can clearly view the Mt.Fuji in terrace,worth it. Room enough fit 5 of us & luggage.

Location in maps still need improve, only available use on google maps. If shower room have air heater more perfect, can bath in cool winter weather.

Furaku is in a quiet neighbourhood. We came here by car. It's a 10 minutes drive from Kawaguchiko station. There's convinience store nearby. If you want to buy fresh food (fruit, vegetables and wagyu beef ), Watahan supermarket is a few minutes drive as well. Everything is brand new, sparking clean, very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, nice view of Mt Fuji!

Can see Mt Fuji from the balcony. Everything is provided and the house is very comfortable. Also like the tatami area, very relaxing. Self checkin and out page is nice.

Lovely hotel with view of mount Fuji. The house is new and clean. It has all the facilities needed for a family.it has a private Parking. We enjoyed our stay very much. Recommended.
