I like that it was a smaller, quaint facility. It had everything you needed and was in a great location. The outdoor deck with the furniture and fire pit was really nice.

The Living room furniture /sofa, bed were old and definitely needed to be cleaned. We had a double bed room suite. There was less space then we assumed. The bathroom was small. The bedroom and living room space was small as well. The air condition unit was extremely loud and kicked on and off all through the night, which was annoying as well. Definitely needed some updates. The hot tub wasn’t working and had a bunch of missing tiles along the wall. Didn’t have USB port chargers, which most hotels have nowadays.

The view of Pikes Peak was beautiful! The staff especially Scott, was very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The suite was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable and cozy. Loved the little kitchen! Breakfast was good every morning. Our kids loved the swimming pool and made friends every day. Having a place to do our laundry was very much appreciated.

While the breakfast was good, they could definitely use more help. They are just so busy, it's more than a 2 person job. Kept running out of waffle batter and other foods. Parking was a bit crowded, sometimes had a hard time finding an open spot

The couch and chair in room was a bit old and raggedy. The air didn't work that good. We were told to cut it off for a while to let it de-thaw. Not something a guest should have to worry about when they paid good money for the room.

I liked the “ suite” aspect. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge and literally full kitchen was nice. Location to everything including landmarks was great and close to highway. Very clean and quiet hotel. Accommodated my dog as well. Bathroom was nice and appreciated the toiletries. Shower was great!

No pool or hot tub. Had to walk to another hotel to use theirs. No bar soap only body wash. Needs slip resistant in tub. Ice maker was VERY loud.

I like the location it was close when we go to visit family and every time we head out to another destination it was always closer to the interstate. I also like the location because was very peaceful and quiet at night.

I really enjoyed the view very much. I will get up every morning. Look up to see the mountains. Most of the time they had snow on the tip tops. The other times the mountains looked almost like a pretty pearl pink another reason I like the property cause it was set back off the streets.

The staff was exceptional! Everyone from McKenzie at the front desk, Scott, Chris (performed maintenance duties), the ladies that ran breakfast and evening social time, and all the wonderful ladies that kept up with the rooms were super friendly and made our stay comfortable.

Updates and upgrades need to be made to the rooms and AC systems. The first night my daughter got locked in one of the rooms because the door handle was broken and our AC wasn’t cooling. Chris did fix both during our stay and we really appreciated him for doing that.

The area and the view of the mountains from our room. The evening meals were a nice twist to our stay as well. The location was awesome for going out and coming right back without needing directions.

I Did Not like the pets in the building. Animals are animals and no matter how clean your staff is, you'll never be able to prevent them from doing what they do naturally so, and the animal odor will never truly be removed.

it was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the Air Force Academy. the staff Scott and Rachel (the entire staff) very attentive to the wants and needs of the individuals staying at the property. they each pride themselves in representing the Staybridge Suites name. Everyone was very courteous and polite.

There is nothing to say I disliked about the property. only maybe could use a few new pull out sofas.

Free breakfast was nice and the view from the back is a great way to enjoy breakfast. The bball court and pool and hot tube made great memories for our trip. Super nice staff.

Elevator is slow and 3rd floor had a weird smell. But our room was super clean as was the rest of the hotel

The hotel lobby looked really nice and I thought it was cute they had doggy treats at the front desk. Staff was great and the room was spacious. Luckily our room was available for early check in although We didn’t spend much time in the room except to sleep for a few hours but the bed was very comfortable and the view of the mountains was a plus. We had an early check out because we had a long drive ahead of us so we didn’t get to try breakfast but it looked like it would have been good and with many options. The mall is about a 10min drive or less which was good. Overall it was pretty good and we would stay again.

My husband said the room had a slight smell but wasn’t too bad, I fortunately didn’t get the pleasure of smelling it considering Covid took that away from me. We wanted to take advantage of the gym but it was in a very awkward place and too close to the other rooms so we decided not to.
