The outside complex is beautiful and well-kept, behind the house is a beautiful sunflower field and the swimming pool is excellent. Eduardo who was in contact with us was nice and available on WhatsApp

There is no air conditioning in the public area (kitchen-living room) and it was unbearably hot. In addition, on the first day we had a problem with the air conditioners in the bedrooms and they came to fix them only towards the evening. The furniture in the apartment was very outdated and uncomfortable. The maintenance of the apartment requires improvement, there were a lot of cobwebs, burnt lamps, etc

The property is gorgeous, in the middel of pure nature with endless views of tuscan fields and rolling hills.The houses all have big lawns and nice sitting aeraes under trees or big parasoles.Big fenced in pool. The breakfast is out of the world deliscious with all you could think of on the plates, all home made. The people working there is all smiles, effectiveness and friendliness. Vittorio, the chef and owner is the head of all this, and is on the spot ready to help. The rooms and beds were clean, quiet and comfortable, big bathroom with all you need.

Nothing not to like, really. A car is good to have, as the property is a little far in walking distance from Cortona and Camucia villages. With a car it's only 10 min.

Such an amazing house on an amazing location. It felt like we were in a movie. Easy to find with Navigation app. The apartment is absolutely perfect, cozy, warm, well structured with everything we could need. The location is perfect and quiet with the enchanting tuscany vibes. Riding a car to the city was easy and wonderful. Super clean and tidy, wonderfully decorated and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. A perfect stay that I wish to repeat many many times. Amazing helpful staff and delicious breakfast. We miss it already!

You must know you can not close the door with the keys inside, since there is no door knob. We had a slight surprise but the staff immediately opened the room for us again. All good! :)

It was a beautiful location, beautiful, traditional Tuscan buildings, close to Cortona, an easy train ride into Florence from the local train station. The staff were all very sweet and accommodating, and the breakfast every morning was also very good. The only negative for me was the bed was very hard, and the last day was a little warm and I couldn’t get the AC to function, but I probably should have asked for help with it! I’d stay again!

The only real negative was the bed was very hard, and I said it was like sleeping on a slab of marble!!!

The breakfast was amazing and hosts were friendly and very helpful. Beautiful home and our apartment was perfect for family of four with 2 teenagers. We were only able to stay one night and it was in December, but would love to come back in the warmer months. Beautiful area!

I booked this room thru booking.com at 6pm after my original hotel was literally "closed" when we arrived. And we were so glad that it was closed... because I Pagliai is the best possible place you could wish to be for your Tuscany experience. The owner did everything he could to give us the best attention. Loved our stay. Everything perfect. Stop searching now!!! Book this place if you are going to the Cortona area.

My planning: we stayed only one night in Cortona... We are definitely coming back to this place.

It's a lovely "argitourism" facility. It's not in Cortona proper, so if you're looking to stay in the middle of the city of Cortona, this isn't for you. It's isolated - in a very nice way. The grounds are lovely. My kids loved having the pool to play in. Our room was very comfortable, very quaint. The house we were in had a kitchen and dining area that we made use of. If you are looking for a place to "get away" and relax away, but still be close to Cortona, this was a great choice.

It's not in Cortona, proper; it's a 10-minute drive, so if that is what you are looking for, this place might not be well suited. And it's not a Four Seasons: it doesn't have that type of feel, amenities, or staffing, so if that's what you're looking for, again, this might not be perfect. But for what we were looking for, we had absolutely no complaints. We thought it was a great place to stay.

Amazing place to stay - authentic, very cosy and comfortable. Weather was cool and the room was so warm and nice. Breakfast just perfect, all is home made from the warm focacca to so many options. And everybody is very welcoming and friendly, really want to repeat this experience

This was a wonderful experience, first night we went to a local restaurant recommended by our host, it was delicious. 2nd night had an absolutely amazing dinner, so many course and delicious food.

What an amazing find. Such a beautiful place in an amazing setting. We were thoroughly spoilt. We had the tasting menu which was fabulous. We will definitely go back. We couldn't fault a thing.
