What a joy to have breakfast on an outdoor veranda! Jonathan was a happy and energetic host who provided an excellent breakfast and was so helpful in many ways. The B&B is a very unique and surprisingly enjoyable place to stay. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the terrific location.

The stairs down were steep but Johnathan and Oswaldo helped us with bags when needed.

Bedroom and bathroom both decorated in a wonderful unique style. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Good location for bus to/from the train station. Worth staying just to sit out on the terrace (where a simple, enjoyable, well presented breakfast is served) and enjoy the great view over the countryside. The town centre is only a few minutes easy walk away.

Casa Kita is in an excellent location just off Piazza Garibaldi. The B&B was very clean and comfortable with some colourful and quirky decor, reflecting the owners tastes and personalities. Jonathan and Osvaldo are excellent hosts and provided a lovely breakfast on the large terrace which has the most wonderful views of the countryside and the lake in the distance. We would certainly recommend Casa Kita.

Location comfort and cleanliness was top notch. Checking in was a breeze. Breakfast was tasty and had a wonderful view from the patio.

Wifi never worked for us, parking was not on-site. You can drop your bags and then find parking at the bottom of the hill. Not a big problem, but worth mentioning if you are afraid of hills!

The property was right in the heart of town. The view from the balcony was magnificent with breakfast each morning looking over the town and roiling hill it was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. The hosts were so friendly and helpful 10/10.

Its location was perfect just outside the city walls with beautiful views. Johnathon our host was excellent and made a delicious breakfast. We would highly recommend this property great value too.

Loveliest place in my beautiful Cortona! Casa Kita has an unique, fabulous style - each room is individually decorated with original furniture and paintings according to its theme, clean and spacious. The terrace is incredible with a breathtaking view, looking over Lake Trasimeno and Camucia - perfect spot for breakfast. Both Jonathan and Osvaldo are warm and lovely, very welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. Casa Kita is right next to Belvedere di Cortona, only minutes walk from Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Signorelli, Accademia Etrusca and Museo Diocesano. The sunset from Santa Maria Assunta is beautiful. Go find the Bramasole villa (if you're a fan of Under the Tuscan Sun), Fortezza del Girifalco and Le Celle! Definitely coming back, guys! Thank you!

Great bijou b&b. Lovely location by City walls smashing garden for breakfast Park coming up the hill to get escalator to Pension. Yes visit Cortone and stay here for one night. You might miss escalator but cone anyway.. there is plenty of parking.
