The location was great, the views too, and the experience of sleeping in a building from the 15th century is something special. The staff were very polite and we liked them immediately.

Breakfast was very basic, with very few options to choose from every morning. Only book this hotel if breakfast isn't a big deal for you.

Breakfast and location were wonderful. The town is beautiful and small.

Trying to get a taxi was impossible. At first the owner was a bit sarcastic when we asked about early dinner reservations. He ended up being much better as time went on but our first impression wasn't the best. As I said he redeemed himself further into the stay and located transportation for us. The person that transported us was very good and would recommend him anytime!

The staff were cordial..alwasy willing to go the extra mile! . The entry , breakfast area and my room were great!

One day the breakfast room was crowded and my table was in the sun. I left and came back later. That oculd not really be controlled by anyone. It worked out fine.

Excellent breakfast. Location is superb since it overlooks the beautiful contryside.

There was a power failure at about 8 pm (Huge thunderstorm) The power came back at 10 pm. That was a little challenging, but it did remind me that it was good I had been there already one night. The auxiliary lighting in the hallways made it fine to descend the steps and wait in the lobby. As a solo traveler, it was a little sobering. The little light in the lobby felt better than total darkness in the room.

The welcoming staff. The lovely location and the range of breakfast. The perfect central location. The positive spirit of the hotel generally. The quiet space and comfortable beds. Anything I needed or any advise I needed was handled gracefully and accurately.

First of all, what a very kind staff. They did the outmost to make it comfortable and made sure i would have a great stay. I got a free upgrade and the room was amazing. Very typical Tuscany style. The location just perfect and close to the piazza. Will come back if I am around.

The room was very spacious, good air con and lovely rooftop views. Staff were very accommodating, the breakfast room was very nice with fantastic views. There was an elevator and the hotel kept our luggage for us on the final day. We stayed for 4 nights and it was defiantly worth the larger room.

The room was quite basic but it had everything we needed and the staff were very pleasant.

Breakfast was my best experience. Food, views were very good! I suggest adding eggs on the table. Coffee machine was bad it didn’t taste anything.

Shower nozzle was loose and was not working properly. A desk was too small.

Fantastic place with a really awesome view. I stayed on the third floor and loved it. Nice room, comfy bed, really good and modern bathroom. Its right next to the main square as well so great location. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit so so. Just add some eggs, beacon, omelette, fresh cheese or something like this. Better than a croissant with sugar and sugar and sugar ;-)

Location old characterful property, breakfast ok.

WiFi internet very poor. Room had 2 smart TV’s but neither worked as internet was so slow! It wouldn’t matter to many but we had a child and were back in the room at 9pm.
