Central location overlooking the square. Great period property with high ceilings and good decor. Breakfast at the Victoria cafe was excellent.

Bed not in keeping with the period features. Fridge warm at best. No coffee, no tea other than fruit, no milk sachets. Only small bin in the bathroom, no bin in the main area and when it’s so hot you’re drinking lots of water/pop etc no where to put the rubbish. Just a small thing but makes life easier.

location is great, the property itself is stunning!

the staff notified that 2pm check in will not happen as stated on booking, so I had to wait. (why not to make it 2:30pm then officially?) the person arranging check-in named quickly a name for breakfast but the name was not written anywhere and in the morning no one responded with the breakfast place name (one of the bars outside) and neither anyone instructed about checkout. overall, no response whatsoever when you really need it 🤷🏼‍♀️the breakfast was arranged at my own expense. not like it’s a big deal but WHY instead of a book with some multiple ads and promos not to write down breakfast and checkout instructions?

Amazingly good, typical Italian breakfast Delicious and fresh baking, fresh orange juice and good cafe Breakfast coffee shop was beautiful and very clean. Suite was clean, housekeeping was done every day, Beautiful hundreds of years old house lovely restored, right in the center of Cortona. Short walk from bus stop. There is plenty to see in walking distance. Town and surrounding is breathtaking beautiful. We will be back.

We did like everything, but… if you have any limitations of walking, our suite was on 3rd floor and because the building is very old there is no elevator and the stairs are quite deep and uneven. Also street noise is quite loud, keep in mind if you are lookin more restful stay.

Very nice room on the upper floors of a historic building with all the town buzz just below you. You cannot be more central than this! The room interior is very pleasant. Fully automated access, convenient stay.

Can be noisy from the piazza below, but not an issue if you close the windows and don't go to bed too early

Breakfast at a close-by café was very good! Juice, coffee and sandwich or croissant. The room has a bathroom, good size and very comfortable. The area, an enclosed old city, had plenty of shops and restaurants to hold us for the four days we were there! Very worth the vidit! And so much yo see close by.

No lift for suitcases/luggage. No parking at the building meant walking in rain from car park outside the town to find the apartment ( but appreciate this isn’t possible due to the walled historic village)

Beautiful, very clean and amazing location.

I needed an iron and there was no one to help me with that. Also the hairdryer is very small and weak and it won't dry a woman's hair. I also asked for a hairdryer and they could not provide.

A wonderful space in a perfect location. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and great pillows, best shower we’ve experienced in Italy. Looking over Piazza Luca Signorelli. A couple of lovely cafe’s offered for complimentary morning cappuccino and pastry. Would not hesitate to return.

the mini refrigerator did not appear to be keeping anything cold

Cortona is incredible and this property was right in the heart of the old town area. The apartment was large and clean and had a great view from the windows that open up so you can get an indoor/outdoor feel.

Loved everything but be ready to climb some stairs!

Central location, attention to details, easy check-in / check-out process.

The internet connection. It didn’t work. This should definitely be improved, especially for longer stays.
