The staff was very nice and helpful, also they spoke english realy well at the recepcion. Food was great, the room was spacious and air-condicioned with a great view. Amazing price for all inclusive. Great location.

The roof pool was closed due to renovation.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, pool and room were very good, very clean. Pool party was an extra surprise with a paella as a free treat.

When we arrived at the property we arrived earlier than the 3pm check in, we were told to come back at 3pm, we came back at around 3:15 and our room was still not ready and we could not be told a time frame of when it was ready. We eventually got our room at 4:30. Also, found the drinks around the pool very expensive and the nachos were not worth looking at.

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the recent reviews, but it was fantastic! It was spotless and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Yes they have some construction work going on, but it is very out of the way and does not impact anything at all. They enforce a no saving sun beds rule which we LOVED! They have live entertainment every night and the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again. We had a suite which was massive and even had two bathrooms.

Only tiny things were the air con in the gym wasn’t great which made using cardio equipment uncomfortable. Also, one of the sundecks was closed due to the bulging work, which wasn’t a big problem, but as it’s the one used in all their pictures, it would have been nice to have been informed of that in advance.

I have stayed in this hotel four times so far. It's in a fantastic location, the pool area is lovely and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Everything in the hotel is very clean and well looked after. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is a mini-shop beside the reception if you are arriving late and need some essentials such as water, snacks or sun cream.

Balcony doors lock if you close them over so be careful you don't get locked outside!

Unluckily there was a broken pipe, therefore we were moved to another hotel “Ocean View”. The stay was very good. It’s not a party hotel, which was very positive. Food was great, service friendly (not 100% professional, the startet a heavy argument in front of the customers, there must have been some problem between the employees). The new hotel was in the same “class” as Coral Suites. All in all a very good experience.

Only one accessible pool, the elevator was mostly not working/unavailable

The staff and rooms were great, breakfast was well stocked and we got some delicious cocktails at the bar. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

The pool was very small and the vibe was a little too relaxed for us at the pool. The main issue we had was with the vents in the room over the door and in the bathroom, the noise that came through from guests passing by chatting was frustrating, it definitely had an impact on our ability to get a good sleep.

Our room was clean and fresh! All staff were friendly. Relaxing place to be.

We paid for the evening meal it was kinda like the breakfast wine was awful. We got locked out on the balcony had to get the attention of the people two floors down it’s something that should be looked at.Maybe a complimentary Bottle of water/ some small snack on arrival for guests in there room

The room was clean and modern. It had a small kitchen with a cooler which was great. The bed was comfy. The balcony was big and had a good wifi. Good breakfast.

There were some noisy guests in the hotel, shouting and laughing in the corridors at night so there was no way to sleep a whole night without earplugs.

Very central walking distance to all the main restaurants and bars , lovely clean rooms comfy beds , good patios all facing pool , great choices for breakfast , modern trendy bar / seating area at reception area , Large comfortable sofas for relaxing in with friends , staff all very welcoming and friendly , definitely recommend and will be back

We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, which was varied and very good. The staff is always available and helpful. The rooms are the same as in the picture and clean. The pool area is comfortable with all the necessary things. We are delighted with the roof terrace, it offers a good view of the ocean and the volcano👍👍😊
