Good location, large comfy bed and pillows, great nights sleep. Lovely decor and bathroom was lovely. Shame there is no proper bar or communal relaxing area or lounge. Staff very helpful and communication from time of booking was exceptional. Would stay here again.

Breakfast could be improved.never got a boiled egg that was hot...maybe a better choice of hot options....and although the staff were great it was a bit disorganised at times with items running out and staff so busy they struggled to keep up.

Location was perfect! On a plaza with gondola landing, 3 Goid restaurants , and a 1492 church. Breakfast was great, but sitting room was limited. Staff was helpful, but not easy to understand. A 1/2 mile walk on cobbles, from boat pier, due to tides. Venice was so much more than we expected. Already planning a return trip!

More English from them, or more Italian from me. Elevator was a RISKY luggage carrier, not a people carrier. Breakfast helper was not friendly.

I very much appreciated the communication leading up to my stay. The staff was so helpful! The location was wonderful! The square that it is on is very cute. There are restaurants and lots of good people watching. We used the outdoor balcony each night and enjoyed a glass of wine while watching all of the activity in the square. The breakfast was good and had more to it than most all of our other hotels on the trip. The room was very spacious and the ceiling was so high and beautiful I felt like I was sleeping in a castle.

The beds were not too comfortable. It didn't bother me too much but the rest of my family didn't like them. The wifi was extremely unreliable which was a little bit of an issue checking in for flights online.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel with modern amenities. After the initial booking we were offered a very reasonable upgrade to Superior which was above expectations. Room 11 was huge with gorgeous views out to the square. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was modern and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We loved sitting on the balcony on the landing looking out over the busy square. Having arrived early we were able to leave luggage and go out to explore. The staff were friendly and helpful with a few minor issues we encountered. The breakfast room is small so could get busy but we were there early so had no issues. There was a good selection of mainly cold items like meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, fruits and cereals. The coffee was amazing. The location is fantastic as it is a ten minute walk to Rialto and St Marks Square with several bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

We loved the huge windows for looking out but the curtains are lightweight- it's worth packing an eye mask if you don't want to wake up as the sun rises. The square outside is lovely but was bustling late into the evening so some may find the rooms at the front a little loud - it may be worth asking for a room towards the rear or bring some ear plugs.

First of all, we want to recommend the hotel 100%. He was absolutely great. We have traveled to many parts of Italy and have always chosen expensive and multi-star hotels. We absolutely did not expect a hotel that was much more affordable to be much better. 1. I don't understand how anyone in the previous reviews could complain about the breakfast, because the croissants at home at the hotel were the best we ate in Venice. 2. Due to the flight delay, we did not arrive at the hotel until around 01:00 in the morning and there was no problem with the accommodation 3. Room spacious, clean and huge shower, LCD TV with Netflix. 4. Overall, the staff is very nice even at breakfast... nothing to complain about. 5. Central location of the hotel. You can get everywhere on foot.. We were very satisfied and would definitely like to come back...

It takes 15 min till nearest Rialto stop from Santa Lucia train station by water bus. And 7 min walking to Hotel Palazzo Vitturi. Reason why we chose this hotel is that it locates two (San Marco & Rialto Bridge) important places very closely. Also, easy access(12 min walking) to ‘Fondamente nove Sta.’ (water bus stop) for Murano Island. This 13th century building is well renovated, and room is spacious. It was hot day but inside was kept cool and comfortable. All staffs are kind and room clearing is good, too. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and it’s one of the unforgettable moments looking at square and historical church from breakfast salon.

We had a brilliant stay at Palazzo Vitturi and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. The location is perfect, right between St Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, so it’s easy to walk to everything without being stuck in the busiest parts of Venice. From the moment we booked, the team made us feel looked after. They contacted us through WhatsApp before we even arrived, which was a really nice touch. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. Our room was just right for a family of three. It was clean, comfortable, and much more spacious than we expected for a city hotel. Breakfast was a simple continental style, but it was fresh and more than enough to get us going for the day. The staff were all excellent, the two ladies, so lovely (Vittoria and Glerida) on reception solved any issues we had, but Ricardo really stood out. He was warm, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He played a big part in making our trip extra special and memorable. We had a lovely time celebrating a big birthday here and would happily come back on our next visit to Venice.

This was our first stay in Venice and we loved it. All reception staff are welcoming and friendly. They offered great restaurant suggestions and could answer all our questions. Room was well appointment and clean. Hotel is in a perfect area with many restaurants to choose from. Also within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge which is where our transport dropped us off. Included breakfast was brilliant, huge variety and very fresh. Breakfast room looks out over the Piazza. Would definitely return.

Unfortunately our coffee machine in the room has mould in it however coffee was provided free of charge in the foyer.

Excellent location in a beautiful square. Helpful staff. Beautiful building with balconies that open out to the square so you can enjoy the church bells and soak in the atmosphere.

The room wasn’t quite as luxe as it appeared in the photos. The pillows on the bed were very thin, and though the room was for 3 people they only gave cups for two.

Magical location surrounded by history and majestic lions statues that inspire and comfort you! This was truly like stepping back in time (with fantastic AC!). The hotel is in a historic building in a historic square. We sat outside of our room listening to the sounds of the city as people dined, children played and we were even witness to a lively demonstration in the square one night with music and chanting and drums. It was an experience I will never forget. The room was huge and dramatic and the accommodations were comfortable and higher end. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I also could not get over the breakfast that was included every morning which included pastry from local bakeries.

No complaints.
