This is a family hotel so expect screaming kids and a bit of chaos. The staff is fabulous, everyone is nice, efficient and helpful. Coffee at the bar is great. Layout and location. Everything at 5 mins walking distance. The hotel beach is great for snorkeling and swimming. Safety: there is a lifeguard at every corner. It's a bit remote, nothing within walking distance, you need a rental car to get in and out but there are little shops on site with everything you need.

Food. Compared to other 4 stars Iberostar hotels on the island, the food is not great. No fresh juices, very little local specialties, lots of pasta and fried food. A big dissapointment for us. Pool loungers. In 4 days we could not get one, by 7 am it's all reserved with towels.

Absolutely stunning location, clearest sea, national park, great choice of food, amazing entertainment team, perfect kids club where kids always do something new, staff is very helpful and responsive, good infrastructure: clinic, car rental, tour operators, few restaurants, play rooms, pools in various locations, bars - some open till very late etc.

no heating in pools, so expect water at 19-20C in May. It’s a bit far away, but if you’re not lazy you can have a nice walk to Portopetro it will take 25 mins, hotel is not new, so consider some minor cracks in rooms, however staff will immediately react on any concerns.

The best resort my wife and I ever stayed at! Everyone from the staff is so friendly, it seems that they’re all thinking ahead on something about to make you even more happier and glad to be there! Food is awesome, variety and 4 different restaurants! Honestly this is resort that we will ever come back, and bring family along. Rita (Portuguese lady) is so friendly, Kretin (I don’t remember her name very well) was incredible with us! And the staff from recreation is (trying to find words better than amazing). Thank you for excellent days we had with you guys, and 100% sure we will meet again! Just to measure: the only place I felt so well like I felt at the resort was at Disneyland.

The territory of the hotel is very well organized especially if one stays in the central location. The hotel has magnificent see views and is adjacent to the nature park. Another plus point is stuff, very helpful and friendly, with few exceptions at the Mediterranean restaurant. We just loved our family room with a sea view ins central location.

The evening shows could be a little less loud, it was not really disturbing us in the night but if you are sensitive to the sounds then central location might not be for you. It was that loud that our four year old could not attend the evening show for children, we considered it to be harmful for children’s ears. The biggest minus was cleaning in the room and common balconies. It seems that don’t vacuum and wiped the floors very superficially. Food could have been much better, especially breakfast. The ingredients used for cooking seem to be of low quality. Ice cream was mostly inedible, especially at the food truck. All on all the views, natures, star club and staff are so good we would come back again!

Great staff - absolutely worked their fingers off. Always happy and couldn’t do enough for you. Food was good although quite repetitive, although that’s all inclusive for you! Everything was exceptionally clean, loads of stuff for the kids - kids clubs, lots of pools, day time entertainment, mini disco, shows every night. Could have asked for more.

The only problems - location was too far away from anything so meant you couldn’t really leave the hotel with ease as it was long walks or taxis anywhere. And our room was on the second floor and there’s no lifts. So lots of stairs with bags and buggies and kids. Although everyone did leave their buggies on the ground floor under the stairs.

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, the best asset this hotel has, specially in front desk. Food was great in all the restaurants, no complaint at all. Hotel is eco-friendly and I like this as well, they are doing their part to take care of the planet. This hotel is ideal for families. Night shows with very good quality and kids really enjoyed them. A lot of activities available for all the family to choose from. The app inside the hotel is a great idea to see the opening/closing schedule of all restaurants and activities. You can communicate with front desk through the chat with no problem and you can even have special requests through it (I didn't use this last part). The supermarkets/souvenir stores inside the hotel had an extensive inventory of whatever you might need, from food and drinks to water clothes, toys and electronic devices. Several tours to the island arribe directly to the hotel which makes easier to get to know the island.

Would be good to have heating system in the pool. All of them were cold. The phone in our room was not working, so we were not able to communicate externally or even with reception if required, fortunately, we had the app to do it, otherwise would not be able to. I wouldn't mind to pay a bit more for the stay if this would avoid me to leave a deposit for any extra stuff I want to have like safe box, towels for the pool or padel racquets. We had 3 energy cuts in our room durig our stay.

Honestly the best time ever ! We came 2 adults and 2 small kids we have themost amazing time there. The food was amazing , rooms clean and great and big. Entertainment was fabulous! Honestly the best time ever ! Also staff was super great speacial Rado he help for us so much when we need help with kids, tell us nice places to visits and was very kind and extremely nice and friendly for us. This kind of people in Hotel everyone need like Rado.

We stay in room 1241 and its realt far from the restaurant so we need to get for breakfast every morning hy walk and was a bit of walk. Also in room should be kettle and some coffe and tea coz we miss drinking tea before bed.

Location is very nice, and the staff is great. From the restaurant to the kids club, they're all super nice and attentive. The kids pool is very nice with a lot of options, and it does not feel too crowded.

Food was ok, but not good enough for a 4* hotel. We are vegetarians and there was very little choice/change throughout the week. Typically they do a ton of burgers and hotdogs, but zero vegetarian option. There is also a massive lack of healthy snacks throughout the day (while you can binge on fries, burgers and ice creams).

Entertainment on very high level. All off activities were perfect. You can play football, play volleyball or take a diving lesson and many, many more. Good food, and delicious drinks. Stuff is always very helpful and kind. Kids will love this hotel. Kids club was great because you can leave your kid with good and responsible hotel personel. It's also really nice that you can find also easy and calm places behind of the loud areas. Wi fi worked perfect. I could back and enjoy there every summer!

Rom has not been cleaned very often (1 time on 4 days), and beds have not the best quality, it was not as comfortable as we expected. It was also loud and we could hear all neighbours' noises.

Food was excellent. Location very nice with lovely pools and beaches. Overall felt very relaxed when we were there in late June. Very family friendly and the on-site shops were handy.

Resort very spread-out and we were upsold more central rooms when we checked-in. This worked well for us but we were not expecting our boomed rooms to be so far from the restaurants/pools etc.
