I was exhausted after my long flight. I took an inexpensive Uber and was at the Swan Guest House within 10-12 min. from Heathrow. I was greeted by the owner asking my name, a huge smile, a handshake and immediately asked if I wanted a cup of tea. :-) Vlad took my luggage to my room which I fell in love with! Extremely clean, comfy bed with lovely linens, very nice private bathroom, Very tastefully decorated with a view overlooking a beautiful English garden. I felt very safe, calm and enjoyed the quietness which is very important to me. The Swan House is truly home away from home. Staff: so unbelievably wonderful and kind. I have a lot of travel experience. Can I tell you this was absolutely the best stay I believe I've ever had? Truly, I didn't want to leave. Ubers or Bolts into London are not as far out or expensive as you'd think and other forms of transportation are nearby as well. It was well worth all my time researching where to stay in London and I hit a triple home run! Simply fantastic start to my holiday thanks to Vlad and staff. Exceptional in every way.

This was a perfect place to stay during a Heathrow layover. It's in a not-too-exciting suburb, which is just what I wanted: a comfortable and quiet place to sleep, an uncrowded area to go for a walk, and a nearby restaurant (The Griddle) that cooked me a big vegan English breakfast. Robert, the proprietor, was very welcoming and advised me on a walking route that included greenspace and a historic gatehouse and church. The bed was comfortable and had a good reading light.

Really, nothing. I wouldn't advise this for a long London stay, as it's on the outskirts. But if you have a layover and want to leave the airport to sleep, it's perfect.

Even before I arrived, the owner Mr Vladimir communicated with me to ensure I have delightful experience by ensuring my time of arrival and guided me to reach there comfortably. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the owner. The Swan guest house is a charming and cozy retreat, full of character and comfort. My room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the room was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches, and complimentary tea and coffee. What more, I was even offered a free upgrade to a garden facing room. The location of is ideal for people who want to reach Heathrow airport. The hosts were incredibly helpful in providing recommendations to reach the airport with ease and economically. Overall, my stay at Swan guest house was beyond my expectations. It was a wonderful blend of comfort, charm, and exceptional hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more personal and intimate lodging experience. I look forward to returning on my next London Heathrow journey.

I appreciated the big desk area. I had space for my laptop, and all my other bits and pieces! Vladimir went out of his way to be welcoming and helpful. When I asked for a dustpan and brush to clean the carpet in my rental car, he set up the vacuum cleaner so I could do it easily. There is an electric point outside. My room looked out to the Garden which had lovely roses. I also had a vase of roses in my room!

If he'd suggested asking for a doggy bag before I went out for dinner, I could have had leftovers on night 2 - I could have warmed it up in his kitchen!

The stuff. (The owner was really kind & friendly, and offered an extra late check out for me, as I misunderstood the check out time.) The room was cute, cosy and clean. The location (near from a station of the new Elisabeth line - direct connection to Paddington station (center of London); also near from a bus station, direction to Heathrow airport. I had a football tournier near the guest house, the place was very convenient.

Large, comfortable and warm upstairs room. Large TV, tea-making facilities. Period house, very clean, well-furnished room and en suite. Good night's sleep. Excellent host, very welcoming, nothing too much trouble, shared some useful travel tips. Easy car parking. Close to West Drayton station (5 mins walk) for access to central London. Quiet, suburban neighbourhood, local shops nearby. Would recommend.

Nothing to dislike.

The owner was very helpful- calling a taxi, giving recommendations about a restaurant close by with great curries, and best of all greeting me with a hot cup of tea served in a classic cup and saucer with a biscuit. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean.

They were very friendly and helpful. Vladimir helped with the bookings. Robert Graham at Swan guest house went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. He was so helpful to even assist us with sightseeing and help us organise our transport. He was always available for us to talk to and help us at anytime. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable and pleasant.

Everything was perfect. There is nothing not to like.

Great location, close to Heathrow and to shops & restaurants. The house is very well maintained, super clean and well appointed. Our room was spotless, with a kettle for tea and coffee, great shower and heated towels. The cherry on the icing was the incredibly comfortable bed with a feather light, but super warm duvet! Heavenly. Robert was a wonderful host who gladly helped us plan our short window in London. Highly recommend!!

We were there for two nights and it suited us as it was reasonably close to Heathrow and accessible transportation. No breakfast but the owner recommended a restaurant a short distance away which was very good. Comfortable bed. Room was very small, but light and airy, with a modern bathroom. All the amenities necessary. Surprisingly quiet at night for such a busy urban area. Host was pleasant and helpful.

There didn't seem to be any grocery stores in the area (just small convenience stores) or many shops. Restaurants were mostly takeaway with a couple of high end options for ethnic food. However, the train was nearby and we did use that to explore further afield.
