Amazing location! Wholefoods, Starbucks and Einstein Bagels next door if you need to buy breakfast or a snack. Big spacious room!

The sofabed was very dirty when we opened it. Full of crumbs and there was trash under it, snack packagaging and an empty drink bottle.

The property was centrally located and ideal for easily getting around Atlanta sites. The property was clean, well kept, modern. I appreciated the availability of the sundry shop for late night snacks and personal items. Thank you for having a free laundry facility on site, which was a tremendous help. Hotel staff - from front desk, guest service, and breakfast staff - were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay.

The dry cleaning prices were expensive.

First of all i would Like to say Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Quith? I hope i say it right. We arrived Jan 3 at 3am from our long flight from SF CA to attend my daughters “Passion2024” conference at Mercedes Stadium. We arrived early at the hotel as we have no place to go and its our first time also so were kind of worried were to stayed in this cold winter time and when talked to her she didn’t have any hesitation to let us check in at early to be able to rest and sleep. She is so kind and understanding and helpful/ friendly too and so sweet. You guys hired the right people whom you need to keep up the businesses . In this world how you treat people matters and Quith did above and beyond. God bless you always and the rest of the Valet / guest customers guys are also amazing. Also the rest of the front desk ladies are also kind . More power to you guys

The hotel was in walking distance from Starbuck's & Whole Foods. There was also other food options. The location was pretty quiet and safe. My friends were able to park their car while waiting for me or when I dropped off my items.

I didn't like that my payment was not immediately taken from my account. Instead....booking.com took a whole week to withdraw my payment after I already stayed, checked out and returned to my home residence.

This was a brother-sister trip and and the layout of the room - with separate bedroom, sleeper sofa, two bath entrances and two sinks - made it perfect for sharing! It ended up a lot less expensive than two separate rooms would have cost in a lesser hotel. It would be great for couples traveling with kids.

The garage was awkward to get into and out of, even in a mid-size car.

The size of the space was great. It was nice it had a tub and shower.

Not the cleanest room I've been in. The balcony was very dirty and there was a purple stain near the tub drain. Not the worst, though. Location was not as ideal as I had hoped. Not close enough to Dragon Con. In hotel restaurant food was outrageously overpriced.

Large room, new bathroom, large windows

There was no microwave in the room (it was only in the common hallway on the floor, as in a dormitory), the door in the bathroom did not work properly. Our windows overlooked the parking lot and the Construction site. The view on the other side of the hotel was better, but we were not offered any other rooms. On the day of departure the maids knocked on the door several times for some reason, instead of taking the information to the front desk - from which rooms the guests had left.

Cleaning staff wasn’t very efficient. Did not throw out plastic coffee trays, nor refill soap, the ice bucket was never emptied out and there was coffee on floor next to ice machine for several days. Bathroom sliding door was broken. Staff at front desk were great.

Had to request different room upon checkin due to a sewage odor in the first room. Front desk was happy to place us in a different room which was much better. Breakfast buffet too expensive for the quality of food.
