hi, my room was great. It was spacious bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. I had no complaints although I didn’t spend much time in my room, but I was very comfortable and I felt safe and that was the most important thing for me was not able to eat breakfast, my convention started at eight. I left seven in the morning overall I had a great day.

what I would have liked is if they had more selection of snacks and beverages because I was at a convention, I didn’t get to my room until 1140 and most of the businesses were closed in the area and I was alone woman and didn’t feel comfortable wandering around, looking for something to eat however I can’t complain about nothing. The hotel was great.

Beautiful and spacious room with really unique Atlanta-themed decor. There are USB charging ports near the bed, which is much appreciated. The little amenities in the room like toothpaste packets, cotton swabs, makeup remover, and coffee pods are nice touches.

The bottled water charge seemed excessive. The lobby is also very loud and echoey and when I arrived there was a large group of people causing a lot of noise, which made it difficult to hear all the information when I checked in.

The hotel is up-to-date with the overall experience to furniture, shower, state of the art equipment and etc. The was also very helpful with any questions we had. This is a very nice hotel which is upscale I might add, we enjoyed our stay!

I think they had charged us extra for our breakfast, we were under the impression when we purchased the room with breakfast included that we didn't have to pay additional because it was already charged to the room...Might need to get a handle on that.

The location and view is amazing. The staff were very accommodating and they were super helpful. I really liked how the hotel in general, was accommodating for the runners of the Peachtree Road Race. Literally, never fire Clarence! He has impeccable customer service. As well as the gentleman that worked the day of the race. I didn’t catch his name but they are GOLD!

The rooms were nice & the decor fit the environment. Hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable we got a good night's sleep.

The bar could have opened earlier since it was a weekend. And the $22 buffet was a bit much for people with small appetites.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and convenient (if pricey…but in keeping with the area) parking. Nice bar and restaurant and the little market in the lobby has the best cheesecake! Shower water pressure and temperature were divine. Location is SO convenient to the Marta station. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The pillows were the kind that go completely flat with the slightest pressure, but I’ll bring my own next time to solve that problem. The smoking area out front is in clear view of the street and several times during my four night stay, homeless people would come up asking for smokes. I never felt threatened, and it was never an issue when valet attendants were around, but if you’re a late night smoker, be prepared to share.

Great location, good facilities and the hotel staff were extra friendly especially Breanna and Kenyatta who both went out of their way to help.

The only minor gripe I had (if I was being super picky) was the pillows were too soft for my liking but everything else was perfect

Front desk and restaurant staff very friendly and professional. THE grits were the BEST I have ever had, and I am from North Carolina and traveled the South quite a bit. The texture and flavor OMG. I did not add a thing to them. Went back for second helpings. Ty!!

Good location. Nice room

Self Parking was on top floor of garage which had no roof and it was pouring rain. Had to walk outside at bottom of garage and then back into hotel to go back up to our room. Waited 30 minutes in restaurant for a salad to-go.

Really friendly staff especially Kenyatta and Breanna on reception, perfect location

Room was OK and the beds comfy but the pillows were too soft. On the second night we paid for an extra guest, i.e. three adults in one room, but the sofa bed/cot was not made up.
