Loved the location and the layout of our apartment we arrived to soft background music playing in the apartment and our view from the balcony was spectacular, the very helpful receptionist Jay was amazing with advice for visiting locations in the area and helping with a problem we had with our fridge, she went over and above to help us manage the problem, the apartment location was fabulous shops and restaurants were at our doorstep, we really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment fridge/freezer and microwave had been wiped out with a strong smelling commercial grade disinfectant, previous guests had stored seafood in the fridge and the combination of the disinfectant and seafood odour was overpowering . We couldn't store food or use the ice we made as the odour tanted our food and ice in the fridge/Freezer. Jay kindly provided plastic ziplock bags and gladwrap etc to seal our food in which helped. Can I suggest using a low or non perfumed disinfectant in food storage areas in future. Extra blankets would be great too for the cooler bedrooms. Thankyou

We have a few rental properties ourselves, so the following is from experience… It is a renovated unit, which is fine, but perhaps the inside of the kitchen cupboards now need a paint as it looks very dated when you open the cupboards. Bathrooms have been renovated nicely, but there was no shelf or ledge in either shower to put soap/razor on. Perhaps even one of those suction shelves would have been helpful. We understand you’re not going to get top class crockery/cutlery but at lot of the items were beyond vintage. So in conclusion a small spend at K Mart would elevate the unit considerably

Position and view are excellent. Exit onto the street and you are in the middle of shops with multiple places for food and coffee and easy walk to supermarket. Bed large and comfortable with reading lights on both sides. Shower recess is good size and water is consistently hot. Kitchen is well equipped. Staff helpful. Lift was good.

The living space would be a bit tight for 4 people though there are enough chairs and seating. Very little space in kitchen for your own food storage, but the benches are useful for this.

Location was great, view was great. Inside apartment was clean and spacious.

Check-in letter indicated that property was locked and that a fob would be required to get in and out of the building from the ground level. However, at no time was the front or back door to the building locked. Anyone can access the building and the lift and go to any floor of their choice without a fob, even at night. This did not feel very secure in comparison to other places we have stayed where you would not be able to access any floor you don’t have a fob or key card to. Also, whilst the inside of the apartment was very clean, we saw 5 dead cockroaches outside in the rooftop/bbq area. No aircon in bedrooms so aircon in the lounge had to be very cold to cool down the bedroom.

The apartment we stayed was well presented, lovely & clean, had comfy beds, excellent location & great view. Had everything we needed for our little vacay. Reception lady was lovely & welcoming. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay.

The unit is air conditioned nicely, but the air conditioning doesn't quite reach the end bedrooms. This is only an issue if you like to sleep in a cool room at night. The rooms have ceiling fans. We still had a good sleep.

I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments. They were clean, conveniently located, and offered reasonable prices. 👍🏠💯 The bedrooms situated at the rear of the building ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. 😴🛌😌 The beds were exceptionally comfortable. 🧸🛏️😊 It had a homey feel, and the kitchen had all that was required to prepare meals. 🍳🍽️😋

Carparks are very tight for larger cars, but there is a park n go close by if required. I'd recommend updating the dishwasher as it doesn't wash properly.

Location was fantastic. Centre of town on foreshore. Nye fireworks out front watched from balcony and rooftop location big plus Good morning sun on balcony Kitchen well equipped

Unfortunately room was meant to have roof top spa was not in service as pump missing . Management were very apologetic but still we were disappointed..Room discounted to price of other rooftop room which was refunded back to booking

It was a lovely unit with all the amenities. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (a little tired and need revamping) Staff were nice and friendly. Great location with shops, cafes, restaurants, surf club and beach all in walking distance. Free parking too and Nice view.

When we booked we thought it had full view of the ocean. When we arrived we were booked on Level 3 and the trees were obstructing our view. Maybe they need to put in that it’s partial view because not what was in the photos advertised for the price.

Exceptional views from our balcony. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking in both directions to Coles, BWS, cafe's bars etc.. All staff were very friendly & helpful. On our arrival Jay at reception gave us recommendations for cafe's & directions for Coles & BWS. We both love Mooloolaba for all it has to offer tourists. We will be back & will look to be return tenants at Malibu Apartments.

The apartment was amazing! It had everything we needed, and the view, you really coudn't get any better, waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean was so peaceful. The same with the location 10/10, cafe's and shops were below us.

Nothing it was all great.... if I had to pick something I would say the car park is quite small if you have a big car, but I am being picky.... we did fit in but it was extremely tight. Anyway I wish we could have stayed longer.
