The apartment was located in a quiet spot very close to the esplanade. It was a very clean one bedroom apartment with a modern bathroom. It had a gas stove with plenty of cooking utensils. Everything provided in the apartment was in good condition. The bed was comfortable. Rooms had their own air conditioner. I did not use the heated pool but felt the water and found it to be a nice temperature. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Well it was very convenient for us as we are waiting to pick up our caravan , it was like having a unit or a home, we are going to stay for another 10 days or more, our host Dayna was excellent she helped us with being able to come back and stay for the extra time.

Well nothing really, maybe not having an oven but it wasn't a dislike.

The pool could use some maintenance although it didn’t stop the kids using it. The sofas in the apartment were definitely past their best and need to be renewed. I understand you don’t go on holiday to sit in an apartment, however, it is nice to sit on a comfortable sofa at the end of the day. Only shared laundry facilities with coin operated washer and dryer.

I liked that I was upgraded to an apartment with a full kitchen.

I was not aware the apartment would be up a flight of stairs. The pool had a cover on it, and I didn’t want to ask reception to uncover it for me to use the pool. If the pool was uncovered I would have used it. To match in with my departing flight I asked for a later checkout of 1 or 2 hours. This was going to cost an extra $50. I thought that was rather expensive especially after staying 12 nights.

Tidy rooms, pool well maintained.

There are only 3 seats for lounging watching TV at night. Challenging for a family of 4. Otherwise, good. Stairs to access the room were not covered at the rear of building, and in heavy rain, it was a challenge to get small children up and down swiftly and safely.

Easy check in with clear instructions. Walking distance to beach. Spacious living area and decent kitchen facilities. Great big balcony.

No aircon in one of the bedrooms made night time uncomfortable for those in there. Only one key between 4 people.

A really lovely apartment, so well-equipped with kitchen items, and a gas stove. Just a minute from the beach, and buses etc. The staff communication before and during my visit was first-class; professional and friendly. Absolutely recommended.

The unit was decorated beautifully. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.

Soft mattress. Hot water kept going cold Noisy neighbours till midnight talking loudly. Tv only had SBS channel in the lounge

Great location, clean, spacious great value for money

Advertised heated pool went to go for a swim it was freezing. Spoke to management advised it was heated, they heat it 1 degree above current temperature which means it ain’t heated. Obviously having a heated pool was a bonus but not necessary for our trip.
