I ended up staying at a different property owned by the same people. The public bus to Heathrow was across the street. Staff are very responsive by text. I needed a room the day Heathrow shut down completely and the staff were super helpful about how to get to the property from central London and making my check in easy. They also had meal, grocery and transportation suggestions. The design of these units is very well thought out with plenty of outlets, a work area, and mini kitchen. There is also a group kitchen and a small group meeting area that I did not use. The owner helped me figure out the TV.

Toilet seat was very loose and did not fit well.

Very clean Rooms, powerful AC, super fast internet, back garden, kitchen facilities, close to airport, plenty of nearby/ delivery food options including Halal Restaurants as well. Close to M4 so helped save time on driving back to Cardiff, Safa & Vaseem remained in touch thought our stay & made sure that we get the best. They even kindly let me check in 45 mins earlier as was driving from Cardiff and reached 45 earlier than check in time, they did not charge for early check in.

One AC remote was not working properly, we used the other one for both rooms, this is small thing , I am confident that Safa & Vaseem can sort this out,We still rate the property as Excellent.

Very clean and modern (but I was expecting something a little more like a hotel than a shared house). We didn't love the vibe from the outside and initially were unhappy with the surrounding area but the interior was clean, spacious and modern. Luckily there was only one other couple so we had the run of the place but it would be a different story with others using the communal areas. We only saw one member of staff briefly so little to comment on in that respect. Good bathroom and shower. Spacious room. Comfy beds. Great that TV streaming channels are provided. Nice back yard with plenty of seating for relaxing in the sun.

Not much provided in the way of tea (very few teabags) and you have to provide your own milk etc. Luckily there are two little supermarkets nearby, within a short walk. The communal area was extremely warm but our bedroom was cold. We didn't like the area (initially felt unsafe but actually I think it's just that area isn't exactly pretty). I don't think it was that much cheaper than a hotel so I wouldn't book again...

Very good location, close to M4, very quiet area. There is a gas station with M&S 5 minutes walk. The ensuite room was good, with a flat TV screen. The bed was comfortable, good shower and compact bathroom. Large shared area with big kitchen, seating area and tables and chairs. I don't think I saw an access to a fridge to store food but could be wrong. The room had a mini Fridge and microwave .. The security system to access the property and keys of the room is good too.

The mini fridge was very tiny and could just put one ready meat and couple of yoghurt. Although it was not a big deal I was hoping the fridge would have a bit more capacity. I didn't get access to cutlery in the large kitchen. Not sure if I was just unlucky or if they have limited number 🤔..so I would advise to get wooden cutlery from M&S.

Close to the airport and town centre, helpful staff I couldn't access my phone for the codes to get in the person who answered the ring door bell was really helpful. I also thought I'd left items behind, the person I messaged sent me a photo of the item the cleaner found. The bed was comfortable, great modern apartment hotel, nice room, lovely shared kitchen and dining room space. Enjoyed our stay 😃

A little confusing to find because it's a private road once reading the directions again we managed to find another road that led to the apartment hotel

Best suited location and matched my purpose…Well placed rooms…And a close approach for all public transport facilities….The common areas are large enough and had all facilities that a traveller would look forward to…It’s a well maintained property, clean and tidy…The check in/checkout process was so smooth and in no time one can settle down in the room…All rooms well connected with Wi-FI and seldom one will miss their business calls or the family away…Overall it’s a great experience 👍🏻

It is a fantastic location to stay in. In the Slough but maintained a very quiet Rural feel. Very clean and spacious with a large sun trap of a communal garden with BBQ. Very clean with air conditioning in the Family Studio I stayed in. Large screen TVs in both sitting room and Bedroom. Very clean and comfortable double bed. Never heard any neighbours throughout my stay. Parking was right outside the door of the property. The hosts were fantastic and very attentive. Over all a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It was spacious in the 4 bed room we had, the communal areas were lovely and well decorated and quiet. It was 7 minutes away from Legoland and not much further to Windsor. The owners were very helpful and accommodating and got us a single room last minute which we were so grateful for!

The bathrooms in both bedrooms had a musty smell as there was quite a bit of mould on the ceilings of the bathroom which was a shame as we really liked the rest of the property and the bedrooms. There was also no aircon remote and it was a little chilly in the bedroom.

Everything, the room very nice and clean,the living room with open space kitchen clean and tidy with all staff for cooking. AI se when is cleaning the room , very professional is change everything, the duvet +pillows and desinfect the bed and room with powerful vacuum cleaner with steam. The parking very good every have allocated parking, very safe quest house. Very good communication with the landlords and very polite . Thank you Safa and Vassem for yours hospitality Mirela Lefter

Room was very nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable bed, great shower. The small kitchen was nice as well. Airco, free parking, free wifi; all great as well. The common room was beautiful and well furnished and the kitchen there was well equipped. Overall a very good accomodation

Only, single and very minor gripe I had was that the room has no night/reading light. Mentioned this to the owner as well, who is very welcoming and friendly I might add, so I'm sure this will we looked at in the future.
