Nice cute room, Quite, Good hotel staff, Clean, Afront shopping mall, Pool, Nice breakfast.

On the big screen in the lobby, they constantly show the Al Jazeera channel - the fake news channel that supports international Islamic terrorism and finances international Islamic terrorism with brainwashing, lies and mind engineering for the channel's viewers. In my country and several other countries, this channel is illegal and it is a shame that the hotel has such a channel on site and in the hotel rooms instead of Fox News, for example, which is a fair news channel.

I liked the quiet and comfort of my room The reception and restaurant staff were very good and kind especially Sharon at the reception and Theresa in the restaurant The hotel room are very clean and the housekeeping staff very hospitable

It is understandable that the hotel is a Bed and breakfast and it does not provide restauran services for other meals so if one is planning for a long stay you have to plan to buy all other meals from outside The breakfast did not work for me at all. The same exact staff was present from the beginning of my stay to the end, to the extent that you could walk into the restaurant with your eyes closed and still find the crumble eggs where they were placed. Get creative with some omelets, potatoes, sweet corn, bananas etc

A hotel with a high quality service. It is located in the center. 100 meters from the shopping center and 5 minutes from the bus station. The room is clean, sufficient insulation, hot water in the shower, refrigerator, blackout on the Windows. Breakfast with an excellent choice of food. Natural coffee from a coffee machine. The territory has a swimming pool and a wonderful green recreation area. Room service every day. It would be good to improve the quality of the Wi-Fi. There is a bar. Professional and friendly staff can always be found in their places and you can get answers to your questions, get needed support and assistance. I would like to thank them for that very much🙏🏻! It is a place to relax, work, recover and just to enjoy your stay. I'll definitely be back.

The place is in a beautiful Location, it's cozy , clean , comfortable . The surrounding is spectacular. The staff are friendly and helpful especially one man called jelin chilufya mutale . He works in the bar and goes an extra miles to help customers. He warms your food makes sure u r comfortable gives you utensils if you need some . He is friendly and respectful. The cleaning staff always gives you what you need . I left my glasses in one room when I came back to the hotel after one week Gladys chanda brought my glasses back . She is one of the amazing cleaners who cleans the room . I have stayed there 3 times in 3 weeks . I would check out and come back after a week or after some days . The break buffet is amazing fresh food and hot beverages. Stay easy is my new home I will always stay there. .

There was nothing not to like I loved everything about stay easy.

Breakfast was excellent. The yoghurt was topnotch. Lots of options to choose from. The rooms though not so sizy, but spacious enough and super clean. Bathrooms were super clean as well. The entire hotel was super clean. Maintenance culture in the hotel was topnotch. Different people coming to check different things on a routine basis was quite examplary. The staff generally were all neat and willing to assist. I am willing to be back there whenever i find myself in Zambia again.

The bed was too soft. They were spring mattresses but they were too weak for me. I couldnt lie straight and always had to look for a sleeping position by the corner of the mattress where it was firmer. I couldnt sleep much. In summary, the bed in room 405 was way too uncomfortable for me. The spring too weak. Maybe other rooms were different but mine was too soft for me.

I stayed at the hotel 3 nights from the 24th of December 2024. My stay exceeded expectations in every way. Kelvin provided outstanding assistance, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was delicious, although the menu options were somewhat limited, particularly for those who don't consume red meat. The secure parking area, conveniently located adjacent to the mall parking, was a welcome amenity. The room itself was impeccable, with a comfortable bed, functional TV, wifi, and reliable hot water supply.No loadshedding at the hotel that was a big plus on a Christmas holidays. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Stay Easy is situated conveniently close to Levy Mall. So if you're there on business it is easy to walk to the mall to find a restaurant for easy dinner. There are also convenient take-away places within walking distance. The breakfast is quite standard, with a small variety, but sufficient for sustenance. Lusaka has crippling power cuts, and the hotel has a generator which supports back up power.

Generally the hotel wifi is good enough for working, but lags a bit for streaming. There is only 1 elevator servicing 5 floors, and sometimes it is better using the stairs.

The hotel is fantastic! It's perfectly comfortable and affordable, offering all sorts of amenities for guests, albeit some of them require paying a premium. The breakfast was better than other reviews would lead you to believe. The staff were very helpful whenever I had issues. Overall, a great place giving you a pleasant, corporate hotel for the price of a lodge.

I only have two complaints: 1. When I sent them my laundry, the tags were stapled into my clothes rather than attached with a clothespin. I think that the hotel should speak with whoever they contract for laundry to try to get them to use clothespins instead, as to not damage people's clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't have many great restaurant options around it. Zoran Cafe is pretty good, given that you order certain things, but most of the options are either fast food or low-quality fast casual. Otherwise, everything was great!

Great hotel. Pool, breakfast, WiFi, bar, staff all great. Breakfast had a great selection. Tea, coffee, and water replenished daily in the room. Pool was small but enough to cool down in and very clean. There is a shopping centre opposite with a currency exchange, supermarket etc. It is 8 mins walk from the main road with plenty of other local shops. I had an issue with our shower when we arrived and it was fixed within the hour. Also, it is only 40 mins from the main Lusaka airport.

The toilets in the lobby were a bit smelly, guessing that was just a septic tank issue or something but other than that they were very clean.

The hotel is centrally located and you can easily access other services. Their rooms are good and the restaurant is also good. Good atmosphere and we enjoyed our sgay

However, when we wanted to have group work on the second floor foyer, we could not find it easy to use sockets because all the sockets outside the rooms are round pin plugs. We were forced to do our meeting in the room to ensure that the PC is co nected to power. The hotel should have adapters which can be connected to round pin sockets and borrow residents through signing it to afee which would be charged when the residents are not able to return the adapter back
