The location is great, its not too difficult to reserve the spa or tennis court even on busy weekends (but still definitely get in early!) And we had a great time at the beach directly down the road. It's not over crowded, the scooters oht front get you everywhere, and the jetty is super close. The price was really good for how many people we brought along.

If you have a large group, a lot of the areas were too small for us to all be in one place, BUT they put all our villas close together, and we had an amazing time anyway.

Check-in and check-out was hassle free. We arrived after the reception closed and departed before it opened, but received clear instructions on how to get and return our keys. The beds were comfortable. Stairs to get to the second level of our villa were a little challenging if you have luggage to carry but there was enough space on the ground floor for our luggage, so we decided to leave our bulky luggage downstairs and carry what we need upstairs. Bathroom was a little spartan but functional and clean, perhaps I'm nitpicking there :) Wifi was good and strong. Location was close to the jetty which was the main reason why we visited Busselton.

The initial impression was that the villa looked a little bit old when we entered, but we settled in pretty quickly and found our villa very comfortable and cosy.

Separate unit with allocated parking. Quiet. Washer and dryer a bonus. Able to book times for tennis court and spa was a plus.

Interior was a bit busy. Only 2 of us and felt we had to open/close too many doors when accessing the wardrobe and leaving the bedroom. Vertical blinds very tired - need replacing. There was an upstairs area for those wanting to accommodate larger number of guests but as we didn’t need it, nor were allowed to use it, it was a waste of space and added to the overcrowded feel. The large dining table for 6 was too big for the room. The stay was pleasant but there is room for improvement for guests requiring a little more space. Not the best set up for a couple. The bathroom was very basic - sharing the laundry room. Once again trying to cram in too much into a space that could be less cluttered.

The appartments are spacious and well designed occupying either the top or bottom half of individual houses set in a private complex. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for self catering. Despite many families being at the resort at the same time it was very peaceful and relaxing. Good access to the local beach and close to Busselton.

Some of the furniture on the balcony was old and needed replacing.

The room was very clean, and well maintained and the beds comfortable. The resort is a 5 minute walk to the beach so there were two options for swimming including the resort pool. Close to Busselton CBD and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool area needs a renovation as it's dated. Pool lounges need replacing. The saving grace was the beach only 5 minutes walk. Only minor issues with other things.

Loved the location and facilities. Travelled with my young family and had a great time.

The heater was challenging, being a townhouse type set up the heat would travel and sit upstairs making the top sleep area very warm and downstairs was still cool. Made sure not to leave anything out as little ants would come in. Surprised that smoking is so freely allowed at each villa.

So close to walking paths and in the warmer days of beaching. The majority of the villas were private and situated around the pool. Kitchens were well equipped with cooking utensils glasses etc.

We were comfortable but probably situated a little too far away from a restaurant or eating place. Too far to walk to for dinner and return

We loved the quiet location and perfectly sized rooms. The laundry facilities are much appreciated (even though our stay wasn't long enough to need them) and the kitchen was very functional. We enjoyed taking advantage of the tennis courts and the spa and super close proximity to the beach. Parking was also very easy to get into (nice and roomy). We definitely want to visit again.

Our only complaint is that the WiFi is a bit sluggish and our Telstra internet (on our phones) didn't have much coverage. We got by though.

Fantastic accommodation option when travelling with a group. Spacious duplex apartment with 1 double and 3 single beds. Kitchen with all the necessary appliances and there was even a washing machine which was very handy. Lovely pool which was usually very quiet and there is also a spa. We stayed here because I participated in Ironman Busselton and the accommodation was conviently located close to the start/finish of the race. I will not hesitate to stay here again whenever I visit Busselton. Definitely value for money!

Nothing

The resort is in a great location not far from Busselton centre and just a quick walk down to the ocean. Easy to get anywhere. The pool isn't huge but is plenty and very clean. The resort itself is very clean and also not noisy quite comfortable and met our needs.

Nothing really to complain about maybe free pool towels and tennis equipment.
