Comfortable, friendly staff, coffee and detox water offered at the lobby, located in a very local and quiet neighbourhood surrounded by very local and cool shops and restaurants.

although location was good, a couple of blocks from Mikuni St., if you are on a tight schedule, it's a bit far from Shin-Osaka/Osaka St. for commuting purposes.

Very close to a metro station, and a short journey from Shin-Osaka. It was very clean and comfortable and great value. The rooms were very well equipped and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great nights sleep (we were only there for one night) No complaints at all, and I really enjoyed staying there. There’s a few great restaurants just around the corner. Coffee and water in the lobby was a very nice touch too.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with few restaurants. Nearby yakitori restaurant is very nice. Very convenient location as train station is just 5-min walk away. Nearby car parking lot with sufficient parking spaces, and the Hotel reimbursed us with parking coupons. Not many hotels in Osaka have hot spring, let alone outdoor ones. We did not wish to have daily housekeeping during the Covid pandemic, hence the Hotel arranged all daily necessities in a bag and put outside our room - very considerate.

Staff is unable to communicate in English at all, except one staff who is able to speak putonghua.

The hotel seems new.. the room is really comfortable, the window can open for fresh air.

I was on 5 floor.. the public bath is on 6 floor.. something the smells from bath is really evaporating.. and other things the plane is flying so close.. probably airport is very close.

A hidden gem. Don't let its location/appearence dismay you. Away from bustling traffic, near to the train station and convinience stores. Amazing restaurant opposite and surrounding it. Quiet place, tidy neighbourhood. The facilities are comfortable and clean. The rooms are as expected, and well thought out for your convinience. Sometimes, simple is what's needed.

Maybe due to less traffic, staff may not understand english, which led to misunderstandings. But with translation app, all is solved.

Everything. It’s in a great location. It’s always warm and inviting (drinks in the lobby), public bath It’s the ONLY place I’d use when visiting Osaka It was my second stay there and I didn’t want it to end

The toilet roll was not great. Very cheap and not very easy to use!!!

Great locatiion, love the onsen in the rooftop. It's a small cozy boutique hotel.

Room is too small. Breakfast so so. Dirty towels were collected but we always had to ask for new towels.

Staff were always willing to help with my limited to no Japanese ability

Tattoos still frowned upon in onsens, it would be nice if the hotel offered more than two cover up stickers per person

The location and the staff are the two great features of this hotel.

Although my room was a non-smoker but there was a strong smell of cigarette coming from somewhere that was very bothering. Also, the breakfast buffet didn’t have much options.

Lovely clean hotel located in a business district of osaka. 2 min walk to nearest train station which takes you to Osaka main station to connect to trains and metro. Very comfortable beds and nice breakfast.
