We were able to check in early and check out a little late. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The pool was not in use. My son was looking forward to swimming so that was a bummer. And no bacon on the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast was very good. Thanks to the lady in the dining hall, I would rate the d ining hall and experience as excellent. She was very helpful and made sure we had everything that we needed.

The room was a bit crowded with the large pieces of furniture. Limited space to manuever around the room.

Was my first time traveling with two little dogs & it was tough but the accommodations were great. Handicapped room was perfect. Bed was extremely comfortable as well as pillows. Breakfast was good & plentiful.

I went to visit a friend so the location was perfect. The property was well illuminated and the lobby clean and neat. The room was clean and comfortable.

Bedding was clean, but found a pillow with a blood-like stain after I stripped the linen. Housekeeper should ensure that all bedding layers are clean and stain-free.

I liked the full breakfast. Lots of filling food. Good variety. It was comfortable and had everything I needed in a room.

The bed is entirely too high. Both my husband and I had extreme trouble getting in the bed. When I asked for a stool, there were none available.

The room I got this time had some lighting and plumbing issues, plus I had reserved a king room but didn’t get one. TV channels are disappointing (why so many sports channels but no Comedy Central?).

The facility was clean.The breakfast bar was great. The customer representatives were very friendly.

This property has the friendliest staff. We stayed for a week and were greeted with friendly smiles and requests from all staff members about whether we needed anything on a daily basis during our stay. Especially Richard who worked the front desk and the lovely woman who's name I didn't get who made breakfast and made sure the dining area was meticulously clean. We were also appreciative that all staff members wore masks.

The room was good overall. Furniture and bathroom were a bit worn, but all was clean. I do recommend that they update the lighting in the room. It was difficult to read in the room because there just wasn't enough light.

i didnt like that the beds are not made daily and rooms are not cleaned. had to go ask to refill toilet paper
