We liked the food, pool bar and snack bar, good pizza and ice cream. The pool was clean and nice. Most of the staff was nice.

We did not like the front staff, they asked for money for early check in, the parking staff charged us a bit more than the price was agreed to. One of the other guests had his purse stolen by some hotel staff and the hotel was not so responsive to solve the problem. They not only did not solve the problem until the police came in but they did not fire the thief employee, he still works there.

I liked the cleanliness of the apartment, the food and the location of the hotel, very close to the beach. I saw the sunrise every morning, from the bed, which was superb.

I did not like the bathroom with a bathtub and plastic curtain, the very hot mattress, the very bad service at the bars, the bed quality of the coffee and the beer, the cleanliness of the bar terrace which was non-existent, the sunbeds at the pool which were always occupied by towels without owners, the pavements and stairs outside which was degraded and dangerous. I felt the lack of a private beach area.

All good.. Friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms. Good food.

The ANIMATORS ruined the stay. I understand that music has to be played by the pool, but the volume was like at the Woodstock festival. Nonstop...bang bang bang... And we came there to relax, not for a DJ-TECHNO concert. They banged so loudly that glasses fell off the sideboard. Dear hotel management, we are going there to relax, not for a big heavy metal or techno concert. Have mercy, please...

The staff was helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was neat, we enjoyed it. We took an all inclusive option which is definitely a good value for money and we highly recommend it (the prices of food in restaurants and stores are almost the same as in Central EU, so if you eat out it will me much more expensive and the stores nearby are not well stocked to enable you to cook proper meals). Food was amazing, they rotated it all the time in 14 days which positively surprised us and the food was delicious. They cleaned the room daily, changed towels daily, bedding every two or three days.

Hotel is located in really good location, near bus stop and really close to the beach and city center. Pool is big and heated, but for me water was still to cold. Food was tasty and amount of meals was sufficient. Maybe after 5 days it was a little bit monotonous. A big adventage of this hotel was staff. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and towels are changed daily. This place is definitely worth the price.

Wifi could work better

Nice personnel, verry hardworking, they tro resolve any request. Verry good ideea with the independent electric Walter heater. Decent food, diverse, fresh fruits. Google ideea to wrigt on the board în front of the restaurant how much food was throw away in the previous day, in order to incurage respectfull behavior consume.

Just 2 lifts are going to the -1 floor at the restaurant. A little old carpet on the halway. The cleaning near the pool was not so good but the turist had their fault. Verry expensive parking costs. Not all towells are in ngood shape, some ar old. The pilows are verry thin and it can feels the filler.

Is the third year when we come to this hotel. As a family is the perfect place to be. Prices are pretty good for all they offer, people are really nice and you have a whole variety of food everyday that you can chose from. Worth it every time!

We didn’t had any problems until this year. They didn’t come to clean the room like they used to. In the last day we didn’t had clean towels anymore or toilet paper because no one came to check or complete with other necessary. Also the floor wasn’t clean either when we arrived. Maybe because the hotel was full they missed our apartment.

Thepool was ok, the food was ok as well and the location overall ok. The fact that they kindly provided an apartment with sea view was nice.

The food can be better and have more options. The fact that once you were done eating, and you could not take fruuts outside the restaurant was....strange and I cannot understand it. Overall is a good hotel but it can be improved.

We had an all inclusive type stay, the wood was great at all meals, We did not test the pool out but it was pretty full~ most of the day when we came back from the beach, The room was cozy enough, the staff was very friendly.

Power outlets on both sides of the bed were not present. (small hindrance) Room cleaning should be a bit more attentive with vacuuming. The parking was a bit expensive(25 BGN/day) but at least we got a space

Very friendly staff,varied food, close to the beach, but the biggest plus is the animation team, friendly, nice, cheerful, smiling, we would love to come back for them.(Svetlio, Emi, Eli, Alex are the best!)

some improvements should be made to the furniture in the room, smart TVs, and air conditioner to the restaurant.
