The area felt very safe, calm and quiet! perfect for myself and my 5 year old child. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The outside courtyard seemed nice and peaceful, with a very relaxing view. Breakfast had a great variety of food choices, orange juice and fresh waffles were our favorite. The front desk was super nice and helpful and always greeted everyone with a smile, I loved that!! Made our stay feel vey welcoming, and a nice plus is that it is super close to the Atlanta Zoo! I will definitely stay here again in the near future.

I didn't like that the breakfast staff worker hovered over me the entire time I was selecting my breakfast choices! It made me feel a bit uncomfortable, almost as if she was going to tell me I couldn't select a certain food choice but I am assuming she was just doing her job!

The staff were nice and very helpful. The rooms were clean and bigger than expected, we were able to fit 2 pack n plays and a bassinet in there for our kids with no problems at all, and still had room to walk around. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was good and was an amazing way to start the day.

The hallways weren't air conditioned and were really hot. The location wasn't the best but wasn't the worst, it was directly across the street from the stadium, and traffic getting to the hotel was terrible.

The $150 hold from the property takes 7-10 business days to clear. They have a sign at the front, but I think this could definitely be improved/shortened. The cable was a little more limited than I expected but it wasn't a problem for us. Finally, the ice machine on our floor was out of order but it was clearly marked with alternative floors and I appreciated that.

Location was easy to get downtown, close to cool restaurants and the stadium. Lots of parking and close to highway.

Could have been a little cleaner in the rooms, not walkable by foot if you’re headed the couple of miles into town. Beds were not comfortable/overworn.

Breakfast was ok but I couldn't complain as it was included in the price of my stay. The staff was very nice and they were able to accommodate me for an extra night. I stayed there to be close to Grady Hospital where my dad was a patient. It was close by, easy to get to and quiet. I would stay again if needed.

Easy to get anywhere in Atlanta city limits without the downtown price. Great location! Good breakfast with enforced dress codes.

The elevator nearest to the lobby wasn't working correctly and opened in between floors. And would still move with the door open. It was extremely scary and don't want to experience that ever again. The other elevator worked without issue.

I liked the breakfast, room supplies, fruits, tea and coffee available all day. Also the staff were very helpful to allow us use the phone for a local call to our car rental, as we didn't have a US number.

Choosing TV channels was not straightforward and the remote didn't work optimally well.

Great location, short distance to downtown, easy check-in/check-out, clean and spacious room, big parking lot. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was okay, hotel standard. Suggest adding no-pork options, and reducing processed food. The lady who attended the breakfast area was not very pleasant, borderline rude.

The night staff when we check in were amazing they gave recommendations to what we had planned on doing the next day and were very helpful

The morning staff in the breakfast room was rude. Told my 10 year old she doesn't get payed to clean his mess when he dropped his biscuit on the counter and said no one tips her.

The location was good. The breakfast also. The cook was very pleasant and gave awesome food and customer service.

The staff was very nice the day I checked. The staff that worked on Friday evening wasn’t pleasant when I called down and asked for clean towels. She just stated you need to come down to get them and no room service was done that morning.
