The convenience to downtown restaurants, activities, and local festivities. The room was clean! I really love that they provide microwave and mini fridges in the room, hotels these days don’t see that as a necessity anymore but glad they did. I love that the tv can be pulled out and rotated thanks to the tv mount.

Parking! It’s $50 per day through hotel valet or across the street is $28 per day plus extra per hour anytime you leave (those are your only options).

This hotel was fine. The room was comfortable, but a little dated. It was mostly clean with a few minor omissions. The location is nice if you are doing some stuff in the heart of downtown ATL. The price was pretty good for the quality of the hotel, especially in comparison to other hotels in the area. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and kind.

The bathroom was a bit dated. You had to get lotion from the front desk. It would be nice if they gave guests a complementary coffee from the cafe. Parking is expensive, but on par with other downtown hotels.

Read a couple reviews and got a little worried but after my stay wasn’t bad at all in the (king corner room). Room was exactly how pictures looked. They have bar and restaurant if you don’t want to walk anywhere for food. Perfect location for walking distance to pretty much whatever you need. Will definitely be staying again!

Nothing out of the ordinary, valet is $55 per day. So parking is an issue. You stay here you’re going to be paying for your stay and parking if your driving. Now I’m just waiting on my room deposit and that’s about it.

Convenient to the Apparel Mart.

Lots of homeless in Atlanta these days - everywhere though.

Good central location. Good sized room. Great bathroom. But what really made this hotel was the staff. So friendly and helpful, every staff member we spoke to. Lovely friendly reception staff who were extremely helpful. Great pub grub restaurant and good coffee. Would definitely stay again if we venture to Atlanta again.

Location was great!

The stopper on the tub wasn’t fully sealed so water constantly drained and we got the King Corner specifically to have a stand-alone tub to take soaking baths. So it was annoying to listen to the constant drain. Also the temperature showed a certain temp but it was so hot in the room regardless of us changing or what it said on the thermostat.

They were able to accommodate us at short notice. The location is central and convenient. The rooms are reasonably priced and comfortable. The shower was particularly good. The staff were very friendly.

I thought the breakfast was a little overpriced (but it wasn't unreasonable)

Location was good, people were friendly. Room was nice too. Valet was very prompt. Large SUV was no problem.

Starbucks limited options breakfast was "underwhelming". Not so bad (2 portions, like bagel+cake or yogurt+muffin) as others I've had in other hotels (which gave only one portion), but still not a breakfast buffet.

Everything was clean and smelt amazing.. went for my Birthday weekend and Robert was so nice and amazing, he upgraded my room for free for my boyfriend and I. The other workers talked to us non stop every day and gave us some recommended for food and places to go. Would def stay here all the times I come back 10/10.

Room was clean and spacious. Modern. Loved that they had a fridge and microwave in the room. My stay was very comfortable.

Parking was super expensive. We parked in the lot across the street because it was cheaper than valet but even still that was very expensive for me.
