We stayed here after attending a wedding nearby. The staff were so helpful in getting our room ready by midday instead of 2pm, as the wedding started at 1pm and we wanted to check in prior. Our Family room was massive! It was split into 2 rooms: a huge king size bed and kitchenette in one room, and 2 single beds and a table in the other room. The beds were very comfy, the shower was lovely, and we had heaps of storage. And the aircon was powerful and warm (winter stay)

We had a hold up on our ETA due to horrible weather conditions on the drive. I called and the receptionist was very helpful with regards to us checking in late. Lovely lady!! The room had all we needed, plates and cutlery provided. Large room, table and chairs to eat at. Shower room was great, everything was in good working order. Neat and presentable.

We had a small table and chairs placed just outside the window of our room right by the bed, it had an ashtray on it for use. It was very close to our space, I could hear peoples conversations out there whilst seated/ smoking and was woken at 5am to the smell of smoke it was so close. The smoking area should be away from anyone’s rooms. A dedicated area!! Also a bedside table on both sides of the bed would have been nice.

Neat & tidy. Had a 3 nights stay and to my surprise the bed was made up after the second night, the fridge restocked with water and clean towels were provided. Just lovely.

Tv volume was very low, even on loudest setting. Had headphone icon down the bottom of the volume bar but I had no idea if this affected the sound or not. Also there were no face washers in the bathroom so had to use the hand towels in the shower.

Room was very clean with the usual inclusions. The tea making area is a little small but we were given 2 bottles of water each day which was a bonus because the weather was so hot. Plenty of room and a small table with 2 chairs was very welcome. The motel is very centrally situated ie within walking distance from the town. There is a camp kitchen with a BBQ.

The tea making area was rather small if you wanted to make breakfast but we managed.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean. All amenities provided.

Bright lights at the rear of the room shone through the sides of curtains making the room very light. The on-site restaurant had closed down and this should be updated on the booking site. It was a short walk to restaurants and pubs but this would have been uncomfortable in wet weather.

The property is big and lots of space. It is closed to the Richmond Station, however, the Sydney City, it is really far, needs a car to get around. The staffs are awesome and very helpful. Our room was cleaned.

I am not sure cause I love everything. The only thing I regret was not having coins with me for laundry, which I really need it if you are staying for more than 3 days.

Very clean with friendly staff in a good central location. Has all the basics needed for a short stay with an onsite restaurant and easy accessible parking.

Being an older style motel there is limited sound proofing and is close to a busy road. A large amount of outdoor lighting also enters the room. If you are a light sleeper affected by noise and light this may not be the place for you but otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

It was a great location for our stay. Reception staff were friendly and of great assistance. Housekeeping staff were also friendly and showed attention to detail with their responsibilities; the room was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. For the first time ever that I have encountered, the property has a guest laundry. More properties should have a guest laundry.

Nothing really to not like. Like I always say, if you are fussy about your pillow, take your own. The bed was a bit soft for me but was still very sleepable.

Location suited us perfectly. It was very quiet, even though it was on a busy road.

We're not air conditioning people so with the door closed there was no fresh outside air coming into our room. The only Windows we're in the bathroom and they were jambed closed. There were a few other little things that annoyed us but not worth mentioning. Would I come back again ? Yes I would .

Very clean, fridge and freezer, coffee tea facilities plus disposable plates, knives and forks. Microwave. Lovely soaps, shampoo, conditioners. Staff are lovely. Will definitely stay again

Getting into the driveway a little annoying but easy to go up further and turn around.
