I liked the breakfast. It had many options for both meat lovers and vegetarians. Staff are always willing to help, and to top it off, the location is excellent! It's close to everything, the supermarket, a convenience store, a pharmacy, a bank, a 24-hour restaurant, fast food chains (KFC & Hardee's), the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen Park, Rakhat Lotte store and the Green Bazaar. All those places are within a 2 block radius from the hotel.

I didn't like that they did not have coffee in the room, even the instant kind. Wish they had, but they didn't. The door locks don't activate unless the door is slammed. At first i thought I got unlucky with the room to have a malfunctioning lock on my door, but then I started hearing other doors being slammed and realized that all the doors in the property (or at least on my floor) had the same issue.

Perfect price and quality ratio. Well-located hotel in the city center everything is in a 5 minute walk. Breakfast quality on a high level.

In our deluxe room there were some potato chips under the bed and cleaner left only one large towel after the cleaning. Also we booked another room in the hotel and moved there after deluxe room and reception personnel told us that we can check out at 1pm, but when we needed to check out from our second placement they called in our room by phone at 12 am and told us that we should check out right now, but we thought that we should check out at 1 pm, so they confused us and were a little bit rude.

We came to Kazakhstan for a concert. The Spartak Stadium was a 15-minute walk from the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 4am and were able to order the tastiest soup I ever tried (or at least it seemed that way at 4am after a flight with no food.) Everything was clean, room service was ok. Forgot a couple of our requests, but always brought everything when reminded. Beds were comfy, great shower, fridge and kettle in the room. There is also a spa, but we never managed to get there because we found a spa in the mountains instead. Super cheap. Also there is a cafeteria 24/7 right next door to the hotel with tasty homemade food.

No wardrobe or shelves. Just some hangers to hang your stuff. Was a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of clothes and dont want to live out of your suitcase.

I like the room , its very clean, spacious with modern design. The bed is very comfortable too. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the central area. Close to a convenient store, Green bazaar, the next-door cafeteria, and the chocolate shop (Rakhat). It was my first time in Kazakhstan and I didn’t have much difficulties going around since the location is perfect for walking distance to nearby places. I would definitely stay here again if I have a chance to come back.

Best thing is the location. Walking distance from most points of interest and great restaurants and bars. It's also close to a metro station and several bus stations. The twin room is spacious and beds are very comfortable. The following weekend we stayed in a double room and it was a bit tight for 2 people. They have a high hygiene standard and always provided bottled water when needed. The staff speak good English, but still you might face slight communication issues. Overall, highly recommended and would be there again for sure.

Good breakfast, very good location in the centre of Almaty, the room looked very modern and it was clean. Overall, good value.

I indicated when I would be arriving (one hour before check in) and I got confirnation that the room would be ready. When I was checking in, I was told the room wasn't ready and when I complained (I was travelling the whole night), they told me the room was ready in the end. Generall, probably not too much to complain about, as I got my room in the end.

Newness, the light-colored interior, cleanliness, very comfortable bed and bed sheets! It’s exactly like the pictures. I can feel the hotel is very new and I like that fact very much, the stay is very enjoyable. Staff is also very helpful and kind. Their lobby is open 24/7 and we were given late check out!

Location is not exactly at the hearts where Almaty is busy especially at night, but at the price and given how small Almaty is, I’m not complaining!

The hotel was very modern, having opened recently. The rooms were cosy and had lots of amenities. We loved the spa which included saunas, a pool & a hamman. You can also book in spa treatments. My partner and I had a lovely 60-minute massage. We also had dinner at the hotel one night, which was excellent, I was so impressed by the food & the attention to detail, especially as it hadn't been mentioned by anybody in previous reviews. Would definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable and excellent facilities in room. Great dining room service. Indeed a very good service from all of the most cheerful and helpful staff. A most pleasant stay. Great value for the money. The only slight problem is that it is not particularly well located for travel around the city, not badly located but much walking involved as it is not close to one of the Metro stations. They ordered me a Uber taxi once which arrived promptly and was very cheap. Definitely recommended.

Ive stayed in a lot of hotels over the years this was THE BEST HOTEL by far, in terms of value for money, location, facilities, staff, location just PERFECT book it you will not be disappointed, 10 out of 10. Would gladly go back and stay again WELL DONE to all the staff, room was ALWAYS cleaned to a high standard.
