Great hotel, our room was large, felt like home rather than a hotel, bathroom was huge as well. It was nice to have a fireplace (electric) as evenings get cold in Cusco. The bed was very comfortable, and room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices although it was cold in a breakfast area because many doors were open and the morning are very chilly in Cusco (-1 during our stay). The hotel had some activities every night, we loved a Pisco Sour cocktail class, they had yoga and coffee classes as well. The location is excellent within an 8 minute walk to the main plaza. The only negative I can think of is the location of our room - it was facing the street on the second floor, and its a very busy street with lots of traffic starting very early in the morning as regular and tourist busses pass by. Sometimes the room was almost shaking when a big bus was passing by. It was also rather dark in the room so we always had the lights on.

Hotel was nicely decorated - comfortable beds and suites. Very good staff. Nice breakfast buffet.

Our first room was located on a noisy street, hence we couldn’t open the window due to noise and pollution! No air conditioning or ceiling fan so felt like being locked in a box! Requested a quiet room for our return stay. This room was much better, although quite a long walk from reception but worth it to have peace and quiet and opening windows (to internal courtyard) and a ceiling fan over the bed!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We had a total of 9 people in our party and they were able to accommodate our request to have our rooms next/close to each other. The staff at the front desk was friendly, nice and professional and checking in was super easy. The hotel is beautifully decorated, super clean and inviting. What impressed me the most was their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond in assisting their customers. My teenage daughter became really sick the morning we were checking out. When I inquired where I could take my daughter to see a doctor, the front desk immediately called the local clinic and within 20 minutes, we had a doctor in our room who spoke english. They immediately administered the required medicine to help calm down her symptoms and we were able to fly back to Lima that same day. The staff allowed us to stay in our room past our checkout time so the doctor could finish her treatment. Casa Andina made a stressful and difficult situation manageable and put my mama's heart at ease. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet was delicious!!!! 100 stars!!!

The hotel is traditional and beautiful. The suites were spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed. The bar was great, and the cocktails were of a very good quality. Although there were a few issues with my stay, Lucy and the team did their very best to resolve the issues and ensure I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Sometimes it’s not about the issues, but how they are resolved. I am grateful for this.

I stayed in a few different suites, and there wasn't a lot of natural light in most of these rooms, which is a shame because they are very lovely rooms. There weren't enough tables in the breakfast area outside.

Every single staff member around the hotel (reception, housekeeping staffs walking around, breakfast restaurant staffs, and even random contractors that were fixing up some parts of the hotel) were EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and kind. Definitely have the best people vibes from any place I’ve ever visited. From the very first moment we stepped into the hotel, the staffs were cheery and accomodating to any requests we had. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and the hotel compound itself is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a strong start on our very first morning serving a delicious serving of chicharron de chancho with a side of onion salad (this was on top of all the other “more traditional” breakfast foods such as bread, cereals, deli cuts and cheese, eggs made to order, sausages, etc.). On Sunday evening, we sat in the lobby and they turned on the fireplace for us while we had our drinks. Right till the very end of our stay (5 days, 4 nights), the hotel staffs maintained their high level of professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness. We had an amazing stay here, thank you. Would definitely recommend to other travellers visiting Cusco.

The only (and I mean ONLY) downside of the hotel room is that for some odd reason, the water from inside the shower kept on leaking to the bathroom floor outside the shower door. We booked 2 separate rooms for our group of 6 travellers and both rooms had this issue. Nothing major but occasionally the water would get soaked into the floor towel that I put down and it gets unpleasant to step on when I use the toilet. Other than that, everything was top notch!

This is a great location, just a few streets away from the main square. Room was comfortable and staff friendly. Breakfast was good.

Only small things …The room itself was good but we had a couple issues with the hot water in the shower heating up & a leaky shower each time we used it. The room would also get a bit hot if you didn’t use the fan overnight. Got a bit dehydrated by morning but also could have been the change of altitude. As well, it could get a bit loud with the rooms around a central courtyard, lots of coming and going echoed around.

The hotel building is lovely, with beautiful courtyards which turn it into a haven in busy Cusco. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the bathroom had everything that we needed. The breakfast layout was good and ample. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt supported when my husband fell ill and needed medical attention. After this, one staff member kept asking us how he is, something we truly appreciated.

We would have liked to see more vegetarian options in the restaurant menu.

The staff, location, and comfort are superb! An easy short walk to Plaza de Armas, the hotel is a lovely quiet oasis. The bedroom, public spaces, breakfast all exceeded expectations. Most of all, we commend the wonderful staff! Pleasant and helpful, they answered our questions, helped us get oriented, arranged taxis and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay there again and will recommend to any Cusco-bound friends. I have some trouble adjusting to altitude. The attentive staff even made that easier!

Nice hotel in an old building with many outdoor mini plazas to explore. They have a nice sitting room for guests with Coca tea 24/7. Included breakfast looked really good (but we didn’t have it). The staff were kind, helpful and accommodating.

We originally got put in a room with windows facing the street which is a pretty major artery of downtown Cusco. We requested to be moved after the first night which the property accommodated but just be aware.

Beautiful hotel situated right in the heart of Cusco. The rooms were spacious, clean and quite. The people at the front desk were awesome. They were very friendly and very helpful. For the price they charge, you can't beat this hotel.

The breakfast was just ok.They had everything but the eggs were just scrambled and they didn't have too much in the hot selection. It wasn't bad though and it would never stop me from staying there.
