The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with high ceilings. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It was spotless clean too! Our host was absolutely lovely... a gentleman and kindly sent on recommendations for places to eat/visit in the vicinity. The balconies were a beautiful addition to the apartment. It was lovely to have a glass of wine out there after a day exploring the city. It is a busy bustling street below, but we slept soundly when the windows & doors were closed. There's an elevator! So no dragging suitcases up stairs I would absolutely recommend this place... We had a very positive & enjoyable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place. The only thing to note is depending on what nightlife you like... there are beautiful, elegant spots in the area but it is not a "hub" for nightlife like Trastevere for example.

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment right at the city center. Well equipped and well kept, the apartment is located in an old beautiful building with lift and day time security. Gianluigi was very friendly and helpful, he arrived with a city map to help us with location, types of transport, and various tips and sugestions. The airline lost our luggage and Gianluigi went out of his way to help us comunicate and coordinate delivery. Would definately recommend this place!

The apartment is perfectly located for walking around Rome's center. It is situated right next to Octavian’s Mausoleum and the Ara Pacis. Other sights, such as the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon, are all within 10-20 minutes on foot. There are also plenty of public transport options nearby, meaning you won’t have to use taxis to get around Rome. The apartment itself has everything you need in terms of facilities, and the host was very accommodating, allowing us early check in and late checkout and helpful with advice on where to eat and shop for basic groceries. I would highly recommend this apartment and the host, and I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing of note really

The location was perfect Very central ,you could walk to everything and didn’t need the metro. The host Gianluigi was fantastic with smooth communication ,he gave lots of recommendations for local places to shop eat etc,he organised a private car to collect us from the airport. Eva checked us in ,she is a local guide and she showed us maps and made recommendations on how best to view the city,she also sent us lots of places to eat and drink. Washing machine was very handy when traveling light and they provided detergent and clothes dried quickly in a clothes horse A super location ,great hosts ,couldn’t fault it

I got fit in the stairs to the fourth floor as I didn’t trust the small elevator!

Lovely apartment and wonderful, helpful host. Good kitchen and lounge, comfortable beds.

No inside shutters on the main bedroom balcony door and only light curtains so it wasn't dark at night. There was traffic noise from the busy intersection, but it was only really noticeable from about 7:30am onwards so didn't disturb our sleep. Jacuzzi bath in main bathroom which looked slightly dirty around the jets.

We spent the first part of our Italy trip in this apartment and were very pleased indeed. It was very well situated within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, was spacious and impeccably clean, with everything we needed to facilitate our stay. We were contacted prior to our arrival by our host Gianluigi who was very helpful in advising us to catch the bus from the airport (platform 12) rather than the metro which put us close by the apartment when we arrived. Gianluigi was there to greet us and provided us with lots of local info which was very useful. A couple of great restaurants. Lovely, direct, view of the river from the front. Definitely would return here should we return to Rome.

One of the showers needs a little attention. Other than that, no qualms!

Excellent apartment for a couple in Rome. We stayed for three nights. Received luxury apartment #29 which has a stunning City plus River view with three balcony's and large windows (the apartment has four windows !!) The locations is 7 minutes walk from Via del Corso, 10 minutes from the Spanish steps, 20 minutes walk from the Vatican. Many stores and restaurants are close by. Safe building and safe area. Large bedroom and living room. The host Gianluigi had been great. Overall we had a unique stay

We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent—close to everything we needed—and the view from the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The space itself felt high-end, with tasteful decor and a clean, modern design. It was a comfortable and stylish home base for our trip.

A few small things would have made our stay even better. The apartment lacked some basic essentials like enough cutlery, toilet paper, a dish towel, and dishwasher soap. Also, while the apartment was lovely overall, the photos didn’t fully match the space we arrived to, which was a bit surprising.

Gianluigi was great.. he responded quickly to any question asked.. he checked in and ran over when we has a question regarding the AC.. the location was convenient.. the apartment was great because it had 2 full bathrooms .. I would just say 2 things for 6 people it was comfortable it’s just if you have 2 adults sleeping in the living room area on soda bed there’s no privacy .. ( if you have kids it’s completely ok) & the lift was great to have it’s just you need to be careful on how many people go on it )

Beautiful building with an elevator, we were on the 4th floor in a 1 bedroom for a family of 4. The manager contacted me a few days before my flight to arrange for a car service (E55 for a car). Clean accommodation, beautiful balcony with views, complete cooking and eating facilities with coffee machine, kettle, plates, glasses, small stove, big fridge. Towels provided. Communicating with the manager was easy and walkable to a lot of attractions, restaurants.

Make sure you contact the manager 5 min before you get to the door, otherwise you'll wait several minutes for someone to open the door to access the building.
