The room was beautiful and in a very good location.

Running water was just warm and didn’t get to a hot temperature (even in the hot tub). Also, we were enjoying the hot tub in the evening, and had people knocking on our door to tell us to turn it down. I think if a room features a private hot tub, guests should be allowed to use it whenever they want. Especially because the hot tub was the main reason we were willing to pay so much in the first place. Next time we would probably choose somewhere cheaper.

Great hotel, close to everything but not in the middle of the “tourist lane”, very clean and modern, the shower was really cool and everything was really good. would definitely come back!

The staff was very helpful but wasn’t really available through all time (limited hours), and for example when we needed a taxi at night to the train station, they couldn’t help us booking it, since it was to early for them in the morning…

The Historical property was in a great location by the timber river in Rome!! It was closed to all the historical monuments in Sites !! The room was comfy clean and updated and the staff was helpful and friendly!!

Only small problem. Breakfast was the same every morning. One chocolate or plain croissant which was boaring. The rest was good.

A kettle in the room would have been great for coffee or tea in the evening. Plus two mugs.

A great room clean and cosy and comfortable bed good location walked the whole day and saw most attractions

My only advice if your not familiar with whatsapp get that up and running previous to your stay as you'll need it to gain entry less stress lol

nice, clean rooms, location very good 5 mins walking from Piazza de Popollo. The owner is a great guy, helped us a lot with recommendations. The shower is also very interesting, nice stay for the couples, I recommend it! Rooms cleaned every day.

Not much, maybe our feedback is to change the pillows since they were quite hard. The room is smaller then in the pictures, so not this spacious, but for us was still quite comfy. Bathtub is only in the ‘suite’, normal rooms have a shower.

The Staff are brilliant, the location is excellent and the room was great. We stayed in a suite with a Hot tub and the bed was very large and confortable, the hot tub was a lot bigger than looks in the pictures and their was a smart tv with netflix, amazon etc so it was always easy to find something in English.

Everything was great but the only thing to improve would be to add tea/coffe within the room with a kettle (but could be missing due to covid restirctions)

Very good bathroom and a big bed.

A little difficult to understand that you had to ring a doorbell with little writing.

Exceptionally clean, great location, and very convenient communication and check-in process via WhatsApp. The jacuzzi in the room was brilliant! So good after a long day of walking... Enrico at the reception was so nice and welcoming

The bed was a little shaky but didn't bother us too much

The room was lovely and very clean & the location was perfect for setting off sightseeing on foot and not relying on taxis or public transport.
