However, despite many positive aspects, there are some drawbacks to consider. For example, towels in the room were not changed for five days, and there were issues with water drainage and cleanliness in the shower cabin. It is also worth noting that events sometimes held on the rooftop can create noise, but they do not last late into the night.

location is great. walk distance to most popular places. there’s an airport shuttle to the FCO just 10min walk from the hotel. loved the breakfast service. rooftop was great!

the duvet cover doesn’t really work… every night we found the cover all messed up and duvet exposed. definitely a problem if you’re not a quiet sleeper. other than that, the bed is overall comfortable. there seems to be a rat living in the bathroom ceiling, and we can hear it running around every day during the day. it’s probably not the hotel’s fault, just like any old buildings, and it doesn’t bother our sleep as it goes quiet at night. we’ve shared the feedback with the front desk and believe they’ll address it asap.

Lovely location, right next to a beautiful restaurant that we ate at 3 times within our 5 days in Rome! Park just across the road where we sat on our last day for a few hours amongst the locals before collecting our bags. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was big and clean. The balcony was a lovely addition although the flooring was broken. The reception was accessible with extra nibbles and cutlery for the endless cakes we bought! We were given a map and recommendations which was really useful. The highlight was the rooftop balcony for breakfast, stunning views simple yet lovely breakfast and relaxed setting.

Not much communication when we checked out, no one at reception, no clear idea of where we should leave the key or our bags.

We had an excellent stay! Communication was great from start to finish. The room was spotless and cleaned daily throughout our stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance of most landmarks, which made exploring very convenient. To top it off, there’s a fantastic restaurant right beside the main entrance. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend it!

Staff were amazing, Lavinia was fantastic, before we even arrived she answered all.my questions & nothing was too much trouble.She went above & beyond. The 2 guys that look after breakfast & housekeeping were fantastic also. Any amount of tea/coffee was available at all times. Good location, we walked to all the major sights. Comfortable room.

Comfortable rooms with a mini refrigerator and hair dryer inside. Daily room cleaning, a complete breakfast on the rooftop, and tea and coffee with sweets available in the lobby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

This is perfect! BUT DO NOT BOOK 900 or NOVECENTO apartments at the Spanish steps. We booked 900 apartments under UGO and we found relais last minute. Had to pay a large amount because it was last minute. 900 apartments cancelled on us a few days before. We were lucky to find RELAIS!

After hours is all self check-in and you cant speak to anyone if something goes wrong (which it didn't). Added to that, hotel is not easily found/identifiable from the street.

Staff was very helpful, great location and overall very good deal.

The only downside is that it can be a bit loud at night, but that's to be expected in a residential building in a city centre.

The location of the hotel was perfect.
