Lovely apartament in a fantastoc location, the owner was very nice. There was 8 of us and we had a great time over there.

Amazing location in the City. Easy to get to and from. Perfect walking distance from most iconic tour spots.

location is good. the apartment is spacious enough for 7-8 people. beds are comfortable. the host is quite accommodating.

the apartment is run-down. toilets are barely flushing. the pressure of water in the shower is very low and hot water is a hit and miss in the kitchen and smaller bathroom. can't lock bathroom doors - very inconvenient for two families sharing the apartment.

The front door is difficult to unlock, the apartment looks better in the photos, some furniture needs cleaning, repair or replacement. The main disadvantage is that there is no corkscrew in the apartment in Italy.

It was in an excellent location for us, relatively close to bus and metro stops and a medium walk from the Vatican. It does pay to try to familiarize yourself with the streets around the apartment but once you do, it's a fairly short walk to bus stops. Plus, all of the staff of the property were helpful and friendly. Some of the furniture was dated, but still comfortable.

The air conditioning was minimal. Granted we were staying during one of the hottest weeks of the year but the AC definitely needs updating.

Room was several hours late to be prepared. Upon return it was still dirty. NO HOT WATER. Lack of towels and pillows. Door locks were difficult. Accused of causing damages when no such thing occurred and the property was covered in previous damage.
