This hotel is such an amazing place to be when in Rome, everything from the staff to the facilities, breakfast was just exceptional and the breakfast staff were amazing. The reception staff are extremely helpful and so kind, they offer support with anything that you need, including making reservations on your behalf and providing excellent suggestions on where to go, making it easier for tourists to decide on restaurants and attractions to visit. We had all the resources we needed to visit attractions and we walked to some as they are close to the hotel. Room was always being cleaned and they offer you beverages and take good care of you. During the booking time, the roof top restaurant and the hotel location were the two main attractions to us to decide to book the hotel. It proved both of them, and I think we made the great decision. 😀 The staffs are super nice, they provided with us lots of travel info. We also got a free upgrade. The room is big, very clean and super comfortable, true modern European style!

The WiFi was a little weak. It would be great if the hot water will be hotter. 😅

river view was amazing. period. entire wall of glass that gives you a landscape view to the tiber river and nearby bridge. even the side view to the next buildings is authentic (room: studio with river view) the staff is so kind and professional, and special thanks to dana for the worm welcoming :) The rooms are themed with music artists, you get a stunning decorative sound bar and a dedicated playlist, with some art painting of the chosen artist to get you in the musical mood. we got Mina and fell in love! everything is clean and thoughtful and you feel the 5 stars hotel service in every aspect. No need for cabs you can walk to everywhere (even the colosseum, 30 min walk) didn't try the room service but we tried the top floor restaurant, Alto, they keep the same standarts! highly recommended as well.

Also de Katrina very professional and helpful. Ahmad very kind and helpful as well. Also the staff carrying luggage and near door. For all the workers there You are the next level, bravo guys. The view from our room very nice relaxing calm. It is a smart room. Also the staff working at breakfast restaurant and roof top Alto. All are amazing. The pastry chef did excellent job every thing was delicious. Thanks for everything and sure will be back again

It was one of the best experiences and choices for this hotel. The hotel is clean, its facilities are quiet, and it is suitable for a fantastic vacation. All the staff are kind and there to serve you, especially if it is your first time visiting Rome. They help you with museum reservations, tours, and even restaurant reservations. They have many options for spending your vacation beautifully and quietly in Rome. The hotel's location was close to all the tourist attractions. My experience with them was terrific, and I will not hesitate to book this hotel if I return to Rome. I want to thank the manager Wael, and the reception staff; they helped me a lot and were very cooperative.

This hotel is beautiful and in a brilliant location, it is a short walk away from wonderful squares and places to dine and sights to see. The rooms were divine, very comfortable beds and with amazing views and no detail is missed. Steffano and Katarina on the front desk were absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were great and attentive, the doorman greeted us with helpful assistance and a friendly smile each time we saw him. The experience felt luxurious and easy throughout. The cocktail bar is also very special, and has views of the city. Not a bad word to say about this hotel - we would very highly recommend this hotel if you are ever looking for a place in Rome!

Perfect location, cleanness, amazing panoramic view, very helpful professional and polite staff, acoustic of the music which you can play via Bluetooth, pillow menu, comfort.

A hair dryer works differently in different hand position, a bit outdated. And you can hear the cars in the street. Which is not very much bothering. To make Americano, you need to hold the button of a coffee machine, otherwise it’s espresso size stool, was not clear from the first attempt:)

The hotel was clean, excellent location, near the main roads and attractions locations, even near the stops of sightseeing buses. The staff are very friendly, they didn't hesitate to explain and give information right at the moment when we arrived and checked in, and during our stay they were very helpful to make reservations upon request, arrange transfers and give advice where to go and how to make the best of our stay.
