Truly everything! To explain a little more: -The location was perfect, just like everybody says. You could walk pretty much everywhere, most days I didn't use public transportation at all. -It is true that the street right next to the hotel is loud but once you close the window you hear absolutely nothing which was amazing! -The AC worked great! -Plenty of space in the room outside of the bed. -Lovely music theme and decoration. -Truly felt like home, it was so cozy. -There was a socket right next to the bed which was obviously a life saver. Also two bedside lamps which were also helpful. -The common kitchen area had pretty much everything you would need for simple tasks. Kettle, microwave, fridge and even a bottle opener which was also a life saver! -Television had Netflix which is a total luxury in a guesthouse honestly. -My favourite part which is really not that important but was a big plus for me: The building that the guesthouse is located in is absolutely gorgeous!! Both from the outside and the inside!! Typical old-ish Italian building but if that's your kinda thing then it's perfect!! Made my experience feel like a movie honestly, especially the entrance of the building!! I should add that the guesthouse itself of course looks very modern which is nice but the building was just so lovely!!! -Another big plus (this time, more important) is that the area that the guesthouse is located in was actually quiet outside of the cars and also was very safe! As a female solo traveler I truly felt safe at night! Since the guesthouse is right next the river, it is both central yet quiet. At least this was my experience and I'm so happy that it was! -Very long review but I truly was so happy with my stay so thanks to the staff! Last but not least obviously I'm not being payed or anything and I definitely payed for every cent of my stay myself but it is truly a place that I can recommend with trust.

-The only thing that I can say is that, like some other comments said, the bathroom 'could' be a little cleaner, but it truly wasn't anything bad. Pretty good for my standards honestly!

location, private bathroom, kitchen and balcony - all in my hands was great. the possibility to make my own coffee and use any cooking tools as well. the owner is very nice woman. pay attention while booking - the taxes you'll have to pay will be mentioned while booking, but not after that. location - really good - right next to the river.

it could be cleaner, the balcony specifically and the bathrom ceiling next to the window - there was black dust or could not tell the difference. balcony goes on the inside yard of the building - neighbors were repairing something from the morning - door seems to be soundproof btw, just you'll be bothered if u open it. the water temperature changes by itself during shower, the blanket was too thin, I caught a cold - it's partially my fault, I could ask for something warmer but I found out at midnight. overally, it's the great value for money if you want private everything. check out at 10:00 am is a bit too much btw 🫠

The location was fantastic, i think it’s the perfect zone to stay in Rome to be close from all famous spots but also be far away from all the tourist chaos and be in a nice local neighborhood. Great little bathroom; Having a kitchen was super helpful and barely noticed we were sharing with other guests, also, great communication with staff. Would stay here again.

The room was very dark, Bed not so comfortable and price was a little high for what we got, but remember Rome is a very expensive city to stay.

Great location for exploring all the sites of Rome! Easy walking distance to the Vatican and also back into old town (Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps). Also an easy bus ride to the Colosseum and Roma Termini station (plenty of bus options nearby). There was also a laundromat within 4mins walk that was a life saver for us! Plenty of supermarkets and coffee shops nearby, as well as locally stocked restaurants. The hosts were super communicative and very accommodating for check in and any other questions we had. Would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Rome!

The lay out of the guesthouse and the rooms were nice. Loved the music theme. Beds were ok as were the bathrooms and showers. Location is excellent everything within walking distance of 15-20 minutes. Lots of food places around and there is a Starbucks around the corner for a morning coffee.

Please change the pillows in the room they are not nice at all. Very uncomfortable and not nice to sleep on at all.

This property is in a great location, it is roughly a 15 minute walk to The Pantheon, 12 minute walk to Castle Sant Angelo, 25 minute walk to the Vatican & 35 minute walk to the colosseum (all with great transport routes in the surround area too). It was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely and it was ideal for a couple of days in Rome. We felt safe and happy in the property, highly recommend.

Location was close to sightseeing destinations like the Vatican and Castel San Angelo, both within walking distance. With a nearby metro line and a bus route to Termini station the guesthouse is a convenient spot to spend the night. Some good eateries nearby including a lovely breakfast café. All facilities in the room worked as intended and were clean, user-friendly. Wifi worked very well. I didn’t use the communal kitchen but the space was open and good for light cooking. Shower had good pressure and heated quickly. The bed was very comfortable and plenty warm for a December stay. The music themed rooms was a quirky bonus. On the whole I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

There was a bit of noise from other guests coming/going however not the fault of the property, just something to be aware of. Also a little street noise if you’re overlooking the road, but it quiets down nicely. Be aware there is a fair amount of stairs up to the property itself and the signs are small, which can lead to being easily missed. The power sockets in the room don’t fit every adaptor, I could only plug my chargers (Australia - European) into the bathroom socket, again not a big deal just something to be aware of.

They allowed us to check in early, which was nice. There was a shared kitchen, and we were free to use it. The location felt safe.

The air conditioner in the room was very old and noisy. It wasn’t possible to adjust the fan. The noise from the AC would wake us up at night, which was the biggest issue for us. Also, the pillows were very uncomfortable and worn out.

The rooms were clean and good air conditioning. We liked the location, approximately 10-15 mins walk across the river to majority of restaurants and areas of interest that Rome has to offer. Staff we're friendly and helpful, overall a decent little Guesthouse as a base. Rome is very full on so getting back after a long day/night the free Netflix was welcomed to help unwind and relax.

The road noise was a little annoying in the mornings but it can't be helped. Rooms to be cleaned/serviced was an extra 5€ a day, not overly expensive however would have liked this included as standard.

The room was well equipped with a great location and the area felt very safe! The beds were very large and comfortable and it was quiet and the air con worked perfectly!

Obviously this cannot be changed but our room did not have a window with a view of anything which was fine but when we had to come back to the room for the middle of the day we felt a little claustrophobic in the room. This is probably more just a reflection of us not being able to cope with the Italian heat but it’s something minor to consider… you feel very disconnected from Italy inside the room
