The staff were very accommodating and always tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The location was excellent for getting around and the area felt safe for walking day or night. There was espresso coffee available pretty much all day near the registration desk along with small cookies and snacks. They even had lactose-free milk which they heated up for me! The cost was very reasonable.

The room we had was quite small and the bathroom very small (including a rather narrow shower) though our friends who stayed in the corner room next to ours had a larger room with a larger bathroom. Also, our air conditioning never worked though the hotel has someone come to look at it 2 or 3 times. Again, our friends were able to get their AC working.

Very central location and close to Vatican and Trevi fountain and Spanish steps - approx 20 minutes walk to each attraction. Hotel was comfortable with great WiFI and had complementary coffee/tea and cake. Staff were extremely helpful.

I had booked a non smoking room and was give one that was stinking of smoke which was disappointing.

The staff was really nice, kind, informative and helpfull! Everybody was willing to help us and tried his best! Since our flight back home was at 18.30, after the check out, they allowed us to leave our luggages there and collect them before leaving for the airport. We appreciated that very much! Also, we loved the decoration of the hotel. The location was amazing! It was a 10 min walk from Piazza Navona, really close to the city center and next to the Tiber!

The only negative I could note is that the hotel as a whole (excepting the reception area), including our room was a bit cold and the airconditioning did not work in our room. However we had been given blankets so we were not cold during the night.

This is a beautiful old hotel that would have been the height of luxury in its early days. We requested two rooms to accommodate two adults and two teenagers and stayed four nights. The hotel has a lovely grand staircase and a reasonably sized elevator to access the upper floors. The staff were lovely and spoke excellent English and there was a staff member to meet us at the door on our arrival to help us with luggage and with navigating the hotel. Reception staff were always eager to help and they will happily book you a taxi service which arrives at the hotel within a few minutes! There is no restaurant at the hotel for meals, however there are tea, coffee and sweet and savoury snacks available all day at no charge at reception and rooms have tea and coffee making facilities as well as a good sized fridge. Both of our rooms were spacious and clean with daily servicing and linen changes if required. Beds were of a good size and comfortable and the linen was of good quality. Nice bathroom products were provided and we were impressed that they were all Italian made! Individual air conditioning units in each room were excellent and allowed us to adjust the temperature to our needs which was great. The hotel is in an excellent location - its in a very quiet part of the city but also within walking distance of most major attractions and landmarks. There are many great restaurants very close by (we loved Le Carre Francais just around the corner for coffee and breakfast) and a well-stocked supermarket just over the bridge. Also just across the bridge is the shopping district with all of the usual shops including designer stores. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

There wasn't really anything major, but the bathrooms could do with being updated.

Close to main attractions without being too busy. Tea and coffee available in the room. Staff were exceptionally nice and guided us to our room when we checked in, the free coffee and sweets at the reception desk were a bonus.

The room was not sound proof at all, you could hear absolutely everything at night and it was really loud :( The small fridge in the room unfortunately didn’t work. The aircon was unfortunately super dusty that clogged up our nose causing us to sneeze a-lot. Also very minor but the staff forgot to replenish coffee and milk one day but reception staff were super lovely and gave us extra if we needed.

Location was perfect for walking into centre of Rome, it's really close to Tiber and bridges Comfortable beds but building is old and charming but carries sound easily, you can easily hear your neighbours in their rooms, plumbing temperamental but sufficient, lighting in bathrooms poor and we had to ask for extra towels for room Only one socket that worked but complimentary teas in room and kettle and minifridge with waters on arrival No breakfast but big table with refreshments in reception with coffee machine, some mini pastries fruit juice and fruit Reception staff were friendly We enjoyed our stay, easy breakfast places by nearby Piazza cavour, we can recommend lumiere, excellent omelettes

Plumbing and electrics and lighting

The hotel was clean, and the room, although compact, was well-maintained. However, the air conditioning system felt a bit outdated and could benefit from an upgrade. The personnel were kind and professional, making our stay more pleasant. Room service was satisfactory and met our needs without any issues. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the city center, which was very convenient for us. However, there was no dedicated garage, so we had to use the underground city parking instead. Considering the overall experience, I feel that the price could be slightly lower. Despite this, the stay was overall enjoyable and acceptable.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean. I asked for the room to be prepared before the arrival time, and they did, which was great!! The location was good about 15 mins away from castel sant angelo.

The hotel is divided into two buildings. Our building was near a bar which got really noisy during the night and we couldn't sleep well. The room could have been better and bigger for a four star hotel. Air conditioning doesn't work well. The shower was really small, and the flashing didn't work well.

The Hotel was very good for the price. We stayed 6 nights and it was incredibly close to any attraction in Rome. We asked multiple times for directions and information from the reception on the hotel and they kindly answered all our questions. We stayed at the annex of the hotel that was down the same street. It was an old building with a scary elevator but it was a nice experience. The room was always clean and it had a nice temperature. All rooms on the 4th floor was renewed as far as we know. If we ever visit Rome again we will definitely visit it again.

The bathroom was renewed but the opening door for the shower was too small. If you are a bigger person you might have an issue. Unfortunately the hotel didn't provide any breakfast but near it you will find plenty bars for that.

We stayed in this Hotel and the staff and hospitality was amazing and super professional. To start with, before arrival I requested special room for my parents and this was done as I wanted. The hotel arranged for our taxis for arrival and departure but above all, during our stay unfortunately we expiernce some medical issues where we found super assistance from all Hotel staff. They helped us to get a doctor on site and ensured we had all we needed till our departure. I really wish to thank them publicly. Finally, the hotel location is super. Just 5mins walk to Via Del Corso and is a quite area. Restaurants and eminites are in same street. Super highly recommend!

Maybe one and only negative thing is that the reception closes overnight.
