The room was very clean, and Jeric very helpful. And the location very good.

It needs better maintenance and it would be nice to have a hanger on the door or on the wall to hang jackets or... and shelves in the bathroom. We had to unplug the fridge during the night because it was noisy (room 4) When we arrived we were given room 5...there were silverfish in the bathroom. We were then moved to room 4 but there was also silverfish there. They put some toxic to get rid of them it lasted for a few days. We stayed for 12 days.

The room was a good size, very private and quiet. There were only six rooms in the Guest house and we never saw any other guest. The old iron elevator was fun but as we were only on the first floor, generally took the winding staircase. The street was quiet - no traffic noise at night and there were plenty of options for dinner in the surrounding area.

Being a guest house, there was not always staff available. We found the sign in a bit challenging as we arrived on a Saturday and had to use an internet connection to access the building. As we had not set up our roaming (or an international Simcard), we had to resort to asking a nearby hotel to help (the Hotel dei Mellini) who kindly gave us their Wifi information so we could get in. Once we had that though, it was easy enough to get in and out, so our tip is, make sure you have your phone set up.

Location was amazing, within walking distance to most things and otherwise the bus stop was very close. Bed was comfy and big tv with streaming services. Coffee, tea and biscuits provided. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower with good pressure and all amenities including a good hair dryer (something that I found wasn’t common in other hotels in Italy). Overall a really great stay and very affordable for what it was.

The front door was quite noisy so every time any guest would come or go you could hear and it did wake me up once or twice, though there wasn’t much during sleeping hours. That was the only negative though, besides that the room was very quiet.

Clementi Portrait is a fantastic spot in central Rome. The rooms are modern, clean and the host Jeric is exceptional. Jeric provided us with plenty detail and tips for navigating the city. There are accessible bus and metro lines, it’s also walking distance into Rome and the attractions. Jeric was so helpful via WhatsApp and we are so grateful. The room was immaculate we were so impressed by the cleaning standard. It is spacious and has everything you would need. Highly recommend this fantastic accommodation to all.

The room is exactly like the picture. We are very particular about the bathroom and this hotel meets our standards. It’s very clean and organized. We love how the toiletries are aligned. The bed was so comfortable and the room smells amazing. The balcony view was great too. We also love how the hotel contact us beforehand and managed everything so smoothly so when we arrived we didn’t struggle to check in at all. The building was very aesthetic and the interior was amazing. There is a cute and vintage elevator to the hotel which was so cool and it was an amazing experience to take the elevator. The staff were so nice and welcoming too. Moreover, the owner is such an angel. They literally helped us find our wallet.

The location and the staff were excellent the aircon was very good and needed. There were plenty of clean towels available. The room had a small fridge that was handy for water and snacks. Toiletries were provided. On the first day there were 2 bottles of water in my room. The instructions to access the property were clear.

The room was too small, and the shower leaked if you did not hold the door closed. I could not work the coffee machine. I had just left a masive hotel room in Calabria that you could have fitted this room in twice, and was half the price.

The room was nice and spacious. Clean and had good facilities. Jeric was very friendly and contacted us prior to our arrival then welcomed us at the property. Good location just outside of the hustle and bustle however about a 10/15 min walk to most things.

Aircon was abit loud and it was very easy to hear the other guests in the hallway. Shower took a while to heat up but did eventually after a few minutes. There are a couple of steps you need to get up with suitcases.

The location was great! It was very convenient to all the tourist attractions but far away enough to be quiet. I loved that it was right next to a police station. Jeric the person who we were in contact with was amazing. Very nice and attentive to the guests.

Only thing I didn't like was the half glass shower cover with no door. It just splashed and made a little bit of a mess. Not the biggest deal at all!

A lovely room in an old building, on a beautiful and quiet side street. The place was very clean and well maintained. A/C and WiFi worked well. Excellent location; walking distance to major sights, and really nice cafes, restaurants, and shops close by. Our host Jeric was very helpful and flexible, and we could check in late.

A small problem with the check-in was that one needed an internet connection to open the front door of the building when arriving v late. The street has a poor network coverage, and we could not connect online at first. Managed to get a Wifi connection which solved the issue. This is just a tip, and not a complaint :)

Clean room, great location. Everything was perfect! Room is spacious and clean, they clean it every day although it wasn't necessary. You have wifi, tv, airconditioning, fridge. The host was very neat and welcoming. Location is great near the Tomasso street, and via Corso, 15min walk from Vatican city- near piazza Cavour, and on the other side - other monuments. On the beginning of the Clementi street there is a small restaurants and bars for dinner, lunch, and coffe. We will back, thank You for great stay!
