The hotel was very close to everything (Rome is huge, but we even walked from the train station to the hotel in less than an hour). It was quieter and had great little cafes near by. There was also a bus stop close by that we used to get back to the train station. It was also clean and easy to access and the reception was very helpful!

The air conditioning seemed to not fully work, when it was on the highest fan speed and coldest temperature we barely felt anything which we wished was better because of how hot it was.

The room was spacious, very clean, true to the description and photos found on booking.com when booking. The lady who took care of this accommodation was very helpful and efficient. She immediately acceded to all our requests and needs, adding little extra touches which were very much appreciated. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the reception, since we arrived much earlier than check in and were also advised when the room was available, which was ahead of the official check in time.

When you receive instructions as to how to access entrance to the property, it may look daunting and complicated, don't let this put you off, it is VERY straightforward.

Location is ideal. Do not worry it is away from a Metro Line - it is ideally located for The Vatican and other sites such as Fort St Angelo. Love the area - with plenty of restaurants of all types and a short walk into the City Centre. Room is big enough. Old building with character and rooms are functional and clean. Beds fine and all well with the facilities.

TV remote didn't work and USB by the bed was broken. But small issues really.

Fantastic location and amazing old building, but modernised. I loved the balcony to step out onto and look over the nice street. Breakfast voucher was for an excellent cafe nearby. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Great value for money.

Quite a few codes to use to get into the room. Lucky I had someone with me to help after a long day traveling.

Most sights were a reasonable walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. 10-15 minute walk from the SIT bus stop. Clean. The staff aren't there all the time but they do send you clear instructions (plus a very helpful video!) how to check in.

Only half of the reception door opens so it was a bit of a struggle, especially with a luggage.

Excellent air conditioning, room was clean, nice little balcony . Room had a small fridge which was extremely helpful in the heat of a roman summer

The shower was in the bedroom which was a little bizarre and the room was smaller than it looked in the pictures even though we had the 'superior' suite. Balcony not big enough to sit on

The room was clean and comfy. It had everything we needed for our trip to Rome. the bed was very comfy and all facilities available. The place is in a very good location, close to Vatican and not very far from most of other City Centre attractions. We followed the instructions so we didn’t really need any help from the host. However I have to mention that there was an issue when we were confused with instructions when we arrived late at night/early in the morning and we texted the host who helped us immediately so we are very pleased and happy with service offered.

The location is excellent as it is super central. The facility is very clean and the room we stayed in was comfortable for two. Bathroom in this room was small but modern and with a nice shower. The management prepared a birthday banner for my daughter which was a lovely unexpected detail.

The process for accessing the area with the rooms was a bit challenging at first. Management did send very thorough instructions via WhatsApp so make sure to read this carefully and disregard other signs.

Location: Caffe and restaurants near the hotel - don’t miss Mus Caffe. Approximately 15+’ walking distance from the main town’s spots. It was really nice that we had to cross the river, the view was incredible. Comfort Room (suite). Value for money experience.

Maybe the pillows could be thinner :) But it is a personal comment :)

Lovely accommodation. Very clean. Fridge available. Cleaned every day. Good location. Staff were easy to get hold of via WhatsApp. Had issues with the toilet and was spoken through the process. The door malfunctioned and again was able to gain access to the master key to lock the door. I would stay again.

There was no safety deposit box in my room (C18 zero). The room overlooked a restaurant that was noisy the first night.
