The room and bathroom was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of great places to eat or have a coffee nearby. While the place is not in the very busy center, it is 10-15 minutes walk from places like Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, etc. On top, Beatrice's and Luisa's hospitality is unmatched. They booked us table at a nearby lovely restaurant and also tried to book tickets to an already sold out museum. When in Rome...stay at Luxury on the River. We will be sure to return! Very good location - really by the river, close to many attractions like Castel Sant' Angelo, Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon etc. You can reach most tourist attractions on foot. Many recommendable restaurants and cafes nearby. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Large and practical bathroom. Very friendly and helpful Ladies Beatrice and Luisa in reception. Quick check-in even though we arrived before indicated possible check-in time. Easy check-out despite we're leaving very early, with the option of ordering a taxi for a specific time in reception.

Nothing important. In rooms facing the river it can be noisy because there is a busy street there, but you get used to it.

Location excellent. Two very friendly staff members in Beatrice and Luisa. Both a great asset to the hotel. The info Beatrice provided on our arrival was top class and mad eour 4 day stay even better. Bed super comfy and a large bath. The room faced the street but the windows were excellent and didn't really hear road noise when they were closed. Kitchenette large enough to cook in but we didn't use it.

We were in Room 11 and the only thing that I would mark the hotel down on was that the wall through to Room 9 which was adjacent was paper thin. You could hear normal conversation going on in the other room and hear every word. Luckily like us the occupants were out a lot but I would take earplugs!

This is our second time staying here and we are never going anywhere else! The staff is so kind and helpful, and the location is close to the main sights but gets very quiet at night. We always feel safe walking around and the rooms are very comfortable. Cannot recommend enough!

The staff was so kind,happy, and helpful. Beatrice went out of her way to help me. Luisa tried to get me tickets to a museum that was sold out. The room was cleaned every day if you wanted. They really wanted you to have a nice time. 20 minutes walking to major attractions. They even set up a second bed for my adult daughter.

There is traffic noise.

Beautifully thought out, spotlessly clean property in a fantastic location. Robes, slippers, toiletries, mini bar fridge and a coffee maker in the room! For the price we were not expecting these added extras. Linen was high quality and the duvet pillows and beds very comfortable! Luisa and Beatrice were wonderful hosts, friendly and accommodating. We will stay again when we are in Rome.

The room was well appointed . It was nice to have fridge and coffee in our room . The staff was very accommodating and helpful . We loved the neighborhood feel and cafes in proximity . It was an easy walk to many of the tourist spots . Loved this property .

It was a bit confusing for our taxi driver to find property - but we looked at websites to find placard of logo on building. Once we found it and where to get in -and check in it was delightful stay .

This is not a classic hotel, but something more special. A series of well appointed rooms on the 1st and 2nd floor of a Rome high rise. Location is excellent - 15 minute walk to Spanish steps and 20 to Trevi fountain. With every accommodation close by! The real beauty here is the staff. Luisa was wonderful during our trip and Beatrice was so helpful in planning with us!! Lionel also helped keep us comfortable during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!!

For Americans: air conditioning stronger on 1st floor rooms than 2nd, but still comfortable on 2nd floor.

Location and room is good. within walking distance of Vatican City, Fontana Trevi and Spanish steps. Clear instructions were made for smooth online checkin and Luisa was responsive to our inquiries

Internet connectivity was really bad throughout our stay. Isf you are planning to do some online work, then you can not stay here

Staff where so lovely and pleasant, Very helpful, and informative, the location is great walking distance to most places, the room was immaculate, and very comfortable, the shower and welcome touches where just lovely! And the bed was extremely comfortable, would definitely go back.

There where no negatives at all staying here.
