Room spacious and clean. Nice having breakfast delivered punctually each morning. Any queries dealt with promptly. Location handy to buses, bridge and supermarket.

Looked up hotels and this premises came up. The photo on the site makes it look like it is a big hotel. In reality this is not a photo of the premises but of a building up the street so creates a false impression. So not what I was expecting. No connection between what was advertised and what you got. Shower head right in the middle of shower recess would be easier if shower head placed on the side of shower so as to control temperature before getting in. It would be useful to have a hand held/detachable shower head. Toilet seat needs fixing.

The hotel was clean, close to the main attractions, you can reach everywhere by walking (about 15 minutes walk to Piazza Navona). The receptionist lady was polite and willing to help. Good value for its price.

The breakfast is served in a close caffeteria. It was average and cold but it will do. We were there just for one night and considering the hotel price, it was ok.

The room was big enough and the entrance hall is very nice. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also very nice and friendly. The location of the place was very nice for us and also or dog.

There was no space besides a tiny desk to eat the breakfast that was brought to the room. It was really hard to find the entrance of the accommodation.

the shower has only water fall option - little bit complicate by long hair but they give shower cap the reception available only from 9 to 5pm - but we did not find staff The street is noise at the night

Good size rooms with interconnecting corridor which was great for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Quiet building with good safety having to go through 2 entrances with codes for doors provided.

Although breakfast was nice we felt there was nowhere to eat it apart from on the bed. Safe didn’t work which we reported but no one got back to us to give us an update.

Location was ideal for my short trip, close to the bus stop to catch the transport from/to the airport and only 10/15 mins stroll to the Piazza Novona. I felt safe walking in the local neighbourhood. Room was comfortable and clean, with a fridge and generous coffee/tea making facilities. I loved the set up for breakfast - a short walk to a local cafe/patisserie and be among the locals as they start their day.

Nothing specific, a better outlook would have been 'a nice' to have. But I was mainly out and about during my stay.

The staff are excellent, very helpful, especially Maisa. Breakfast served in the room was great. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to most places of interest.

We booked Atlantis Inn Roma but were put at Ara Pacis Inn (we were told it is under Atlantis Inn). The toilet seat cover is broken upon check-in, and the toilet smells a little.

Ideally situated in centre of Rome with ease of access to major touristic areas (by walking). definitely good value for money. very helpful and friendly staff.

two days of our stay coincided with national strike which meant no staff for cleaning or changing the towels.

The location, the helpfulness of reception, that nothing was too much trouble helped me so much, the size of the room.

The shower is rather small, but it's only for a couple of days so it's ok

Everything was within walking distance, from a tourist point of view. Lots of places to eat nearby. The breakfast place was only 20 metres or so and opened at 6.30am. A fully automated laundromat directly across the road from the hotel main door.

I arrived at night by taxi and there was no obvious sign to indicate that a hotel was within the building, just a small label by the door key pad.
