Amazing amazing looks! I don’t think the photos are fair to the building because the building and the apartments are absolutely stunning !! Location is surreal, you’re next to everything and there’s also a stop bus like 1 min away in case you’d rather take a bus. The staff in incredibly helpful and caring! Just really kind people that enjoy their work and extend their kindness

The only thing that I didn’t like it was that I didn’t find the floors that clean, even the daily cleaning I assume there wasn’t any vacuuming because the floor was a bit too dusty to me.

The property was centrally located between the major historic and religious sites making it possible for us to walk to every site we wanted to visit. There were a good choice of restaurants and pubs close by. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help make our stay with them as convenient as possible. They arranged for our transportation to their property and then to our follow on cruise vacation at Civitavecchia port.

The room was smaller than we expected but it sufficed.

The location was excellent, the staff really friendly, the check in easy.

The beds were not the most comfortable, cleaning was done every day but they didn’t give us new towels (just took them without replacing 😅). You have complementary water in the room but it was only one when were 2. Just these little things. Breakfast is not worth it.

The location is near to coffee shops and attractions

No receptionist to welcome you which I think is very important . We had bad experience because when we arrived at the Inn we failed the first trial of door code then an occupant just arrived and talking in a language we don’t understand in a rude angry gesture . We tried to explained but I think can’t understand English and when she open the door to get in we were thankful that we can also going in but she stopped us and even push out our luggage and didn’t let us in until we got the code correctly . We understand maybe that lady is just after safety and security especially we are Asians but she should be helpful and kind enough to ask the situation instead she made us felt like a invaders or trespassers.

This was a great room close to the Vatican and also to Piazza di Spagna. We booked there to go to a football match and the walk was only about an hour from Stadio Olimpico, so this is where I'll stay the next time I go to the stadium. The amenities were great and the room was comfortable - we also got a good breakfast in the morning, which we truly enjoyed.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. All refined sugar and carbs, exactly what you are not supposed to be having for breakfast if you want to be healthy. Also before I arrived I’ve informed I would like the breakfast 8:30am, 2nd morning they knocked on my door 7am for the breakfast… unacceptable.

Tremendous location for walkable connection to all of Rome's key sites, spacious, quiet, clean room. Safe and secure, decent wifi connection, all needs met.

Breakfast in the nearby cafe was disappointing and unfriendly, no options for GF or vegan, a few sad looking pastries and standard coffee served by brusque and disinterested staff. Gave up after one morning and found way better breakfast options elsewhere.

My mother and I stayed here for 4 nights. I have to say that the staff working here made our stay feel special. They are true professionals. Beautiful area and walking distance to the Pantheon, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain and more! You have to walk to a nearby place for breakfast, which provides a delicious pastry, orange juice and delicious toast, they make you feel like at home. overall, In my opinion it’s excellent value for money. This is Rome after all.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about Ara pacís inn. Thanks for making our visit to Rome unforgettable.

Spotlessly clean good size room had fridge kettle hairdryer etc central location everything within 15 minutes walking distance lovely breakfast in the morning very friendly help. Whole experience was very enjoyable.

No negatives

Spacious room with two beds. Everything is quite modern and clean. Breakfast was also very nice at a cafe nearby. It is located very close to the city and connected very well to all the locations by public transport 1min walking.

We had a tiny issue one day with the pipes and they smelled a lot. However when they came to clean and check the day after , the problem had passed and didn't happen again.
