Room was clean and spacious and had airconditioning, windows, and a fan. Staff is nice and the facility is also very quiet. The shower itself was amazingwith three different spray configurations, even though it leaked and lacked a shelf.

The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor and the shower needed a shelf to out shampoo, conditioner, and shaver. Also, Booking.com's description of the facility is misleading; only one room has a jacuzzi, but Booking says the facility has a jacuzzi. Also, breakfastis not necessarily includedwith every room although Booking's description says it is.

Comfortable bed, clean place . Location was great .

No front desk service , got inside because of other guests walking out otherwise no service would have been left outside , had no internet connection so was difficult to communicate - very frustrating , had help from another hotel upstairs , only amenities was shampoo , no water on arrival, fridge not working . . Struggled to get inside the place no communication waited1/2 hr or more to finally get in The care taker downstairs didn’t give a damn about helping us . Made me feel embarrassed to be Italian .

Excellent location, room was very clean and comfortable. Came with a wide selection of streaming services and a fan as the air conditioning may not have been enough. Staff were extremely polite and helpful

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and a smell of drains constantly which i think was out of their control. The hotel itself was hard to find as surrounding places kept sending us to everywhere but this place. This hotel is on the first floor through the blue doors at number 27

Service was excellent - very accommodating as far as leaving luggage prior to check in and on last day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was ideal. Bonus to have a kettle and small fridge in the room.

The walls of the room are thin for even the slightest noise - we are early to bed people but luckily this didn't prove to be an issue.

Everything was perfect. We arrived late, so the keys were already in the room. The room was big and cleaned everyday. Location of the property is walking distance from centre, so this was great convenience!

There was a slight smell from the drain in the bathroom, but there was a window so we ventilated everyday.

the location is excellent and very convenient. it is closer to the Vatican city among all the sites but also just 10 minutes away to the other side of most tourist destinations. In front of the property is a bus stop and also a few minutes walk to the airport shuttle pick up/drop off point. the room is exactly as it is on the photos. although the bathtub is slightly old but very clean and we had no issues with plumbing or water supply. there is also Netflix and free wifi. our host Gianluca has been excellent . he gave us a map of the area and has suggested the best areas to go to and tips regarding transportation. we can contact him directly with his number. Lastly, we were allowed to leave our things by the reception desk after check out. a big help really as we were able to go around more before we flew back to UK.

Nothing really. Although just a little confusing at the beginning as there is another Relais Colonna (Relais Vittoria Colonna) which is a different property just opposite this one; we went there first due to their sign board. This property does not have a sign board but just remember the big blue door with Relais Colonna as the buzzer name on gold side of the door.

Great location close to many important sights throughout the city. Very walkable. Highly recommend the pizza place just across the street, it was the best we had in all of Italy! Overall a fine stay in a very expensive city.

The AC was not as strong as we needed, but it was a very HOT few days in Rome. The room was a little small for anything but a couple of nights. The shower was small.

It was very clean. Lovely decor. Fresh towels provided everyday, along with coffee pods, more toilet paper, and the bed was made. This property is walking distance to everywhere. Will definitely come stay here again.

The room was amazing and in a great location. The host was great in providing local knowledge and recommendations.

Initially finding the place is quite difficult, especially as there is another place across the road with a similar name.

Great location, just a short walk to all the main historic landmarks, room was as seen in the photos, easy accessibility. The staff were friendly and helpful, Riccardo was especially kind, helped answer questions & booked our taxi to the airport for us.

The only issue that arose was a leak after a shower/bath which left a damp smell in the room but once the windows were open, the smell disappeared.
